Had our drivers side door fixed back in September. Not due to an accident - the door check needed to be replaced. The folks at the Crystal Lake were wonderful! I waited for the repair, they fixed our car in less time than anticipated and even washed it! What a knowledgable, courteous staff!

I was highly impressed with the Crystal Lake Gerber Collision & Glass. I was recently involved in a minor car accident with my company car. My first meeting for an estimate was with Scott Berg. He was beyond kind and helpful. It is rare nowadays to find someone so great to deal with. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful as well. The work on my car was done ahead of schedule. Every interaction I had with the Crystal Lake location was superb! I will highly recommend this location to all. Thanks so much for a job well done!

These guys are fantastic. My glass top on my 2009 Coveete coupe came off of my car and was really scrached up bad, I went to several places to try to get it fixed. Everyone else told me that there was nothing that they could do. The guys and gals at Gerber Glass in Downers Grove were the only ones that said that they would see what they could do for me. When I came to pick it up. It looked like it was brand new. Fantastic job guys! You are real pros. No one does Glass Work better than you guys. I will recommend you guys to all of my friends with Corvettes to come to you guys.

Matthew Hersberger was the person that help me from the start to the finish of my journey to get the car repaired. I couldn't have had a nicer or kinder person if I had hand picked him myself. Help me from the car rental to driving my car home completed repaired. He went out of his way to explained everything to me. Glad I choose Gerber Collision to my car. Happy I got Matt to see that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.
