I came in to hopefully talk to someone about some spray paint that had been on my car for awhile. Chris was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He suggested having his painter look at it, and after only a short bit, the results were outstanding; no trace that spray paint had ever been on my car exists. I am extremely appreciative and thankful for the help that Gerber provided me with.

Unfortunately, i have had to get cars repaired in the past with other auto repair shops and I was not pleased with the customer service and sometimes the quality of work. HOWEVER, Gerber Collision and Glass is not one of those places. They went out of their way to help me feel comfortable and even got me a loaner. Moreover, although they originally said it would probably take two weeks to fix my car, they did it in one. They aslo called me twice to tell me what they where doing. other places I have delt with made me call them and then they had no answer as to the progress of the repairs. I would and do highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass for any repairs you may need.

I have brought my cars into Gerber 3 times and been helped with David Martinez each time. I have been 110% satisfied. He is always personal, courteous and professional and makes sure the job is done right. If I have need for collision repair again, I'll be bringing it to David.

It was great having mathew work with me and the repairs on my car. Hes friendly assuring and hard working. I hope nothing goes wrong with the car but if something does happen in the future I'd love for someone as awesome as mathew to work with me. thanks mathew!

i got my 2011 honda accord repaired , the did a nice job, all the staff were great special mention mr.young who answered all my questions and gave a call every week and gave update. more importantly they finished the work way before the deadline given to me. overall i had good experience and was vey happy. i would definately recommend this place.

Unfortunately I have had need to use Gerber's services several times in recent months. Fortunately Gerber was there & fortunately Matt Hershberger was at Gerber. I am pleased with the work done on my car and the personal service provided by your staff and particularly by Matt Hershberger, who was most helpful and communicative during the entire process of getting the needed repairs done in the most economical way. My compliments and thanks to you all.

We have used the Crystal Lake Gerber for many years because of their good service,great work and promptness. We also appreciate the ease of getting a rental car when needed. I had a repair done a couple of months ago and the work was completed two days early and as always...a great job was done. This last time was an exception to this.....it surpassed my expectations!!! Scott Behm treated me so well and fixed my car on the spot as a courtesy. I can't express my gratitude enough.
