Mario Pereira, Alfonzo and the beautiful African American woman at the front desk were all outstanding. It has been a LONG LONG LONG time since I have experienced top customer service. My Acura MDX looks great and these three made the process very comfortable from drop-off to pick up today. As a leader, I tell my teams all the time that little things make BIG things happen when you focus on the customer and these three surely go out of their way to make it happen. Thanks again and job well done. I am sincerely a satisfied customer and will always recommend this location because of the above. Job well done and enjoy the Superbowl.

They made a bad experience not so bad. My car looks awesome ! I was updated with progress twice a week. The car was finished pretty fast considering it is a Pontiac and no longer made. I dealt with Sam who was very nice. I have never experienced this before, but it wasn't so bad as Gerber just took charge. I did not have to worry about getting someone to drive me to return the rental car and then drive me to Gerber. Gerber took care of the rental for me which was a BIG deal to me :) I didn't have to impose one someone to drive me from Enterprise to Gerber. And, everyone I dealt with was very nice, especially Sam. I am VERY happy with my car results. You would never know it was in a collision.

Although the insurance company was difficult to deal with, Gerber handled almost everything. Repairs appear to be very well done. I would have future repairs done here.

My wife had scratched up the car during an incident coming out of a parking garage scratching the entire rear passenger quarter of the car. I took it in and they were able to make everything - wheels, door, window, bumper look like it just rolled off the lot. As a bonus Bob (ask for Bob) even took out a dent that wasn't even in the damage area for free. It was by far one of the best customer experiences I have ever had both in Chicago and in general. If anything ever happens to the car ever again I'm taking it to this location.

I can't say enough about the professional, friendly service I received at Gerber. After the accident I was very shook up, to say the least. Everyone was very sensitive to that fact, from the young women at the front desk to David Martinez , who was in charge of my claim. If I remember correctly, I had an estimate that Friday afternoon. I was also given a date that I could expect the work to be completed. I had at least three calls between the day I brought the car in and yesterday when I picked the car up. I even had a call letting me know that they couldn't get the original back-up sensors but they would replace them with a newer model. The repairs were outstanding.
