The staff at this GERBER was very helpful with my repair and explaining the costs and repairs. They were also very through in explaining how the costs will work out with Farmers and what exactly will be my responsibility. They took the time and went out of their way, very much appreciated.

I've been going here for accidents for the last 10 years. Luckily, I havent been here in a really long time until someone rearended my brand new SUV. I took it to collision centers of America based on the recommendation of Geico (the other guy's insurance company) What a joke. I called Gerber, they said they would do it for the estimate the insurance company gave me. They did and I couldnt be happier.

I was hit and sent here by insurance company. Their customer service was fantastic. I was also picked up by enterprise rent a car. When I went back to pick up my van it looked great like I had just bought it. I was also in the process of moving so there were things all over the place. But when I picked up my van they had even cleaned it up THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. That really helped me out I was also given a great estimate on my windshield. If I ever need body work again I will call them first. I highly recommend them great work and customer service. WAY TO GO

Joe Swanson @ Gerber's in Naperville was incredibly helpful. My car was totaled but driveable, and the side view mirror was needing repair as it was dangling on the side of the car. Unfortunately, as it was totaled and we had not fully paid it off, no insurance money was going to be offered, but we could keep the car. We live in Texas and my daughter is attending a local College close to Naperville. She was driving back to school from Christmas break and was involved in an accident without injury. She took it to Gerber as it was an USAA approved facility. She was treated with care and respect and was even given a ride by Joe back to college at her dorm 20 minutes away.
