Josh was very helpful and kept in close contact with us while my car was in their possession. He went above and beyond by having my car ready 3 days before the promise date. Also, when I went to pick up my vehicle and noticed damage that was not fixed Josh ordered a new mirror for me and had it painted when he didn't have to. Great service!

I can not say enough about the service I received at Gerber. I was contacted at least once, often twice a week to be given updates about how the work on my car was doing, even if only to say it was on schedule. The people I talked to were very courteous, respectful, and patient with all of my questions. They gave the impression that my car was in good hands. I was worried after seeing how my car looked after it was hit that it would never look or drive the same again. Yet it looks brand new and drives perfectly! They even finished a week ahead of schedule. I am very thankful for the work that Gerber did on my car and for their exemplary customer service.

I want to start with, Bill is awesome! My wife and I were in a car accident in April of 2012 and had the Round Lake Gerber do the collision work. The months following the accident we began to hear a tinny vibrating sound in the front of the vehicle (where the impact was). The sound would only happen once the vehicle would be warmed up and accelerating between 40-60 mph. After describing the sound to Bill we went on a test drive to diagnose the problem. Bill tried a few things that first day but nothing worked, he suggested I bring it back another day to look at it. The work that was done on that day did not fix the problem either. Bill then said I am going to give a rental, I will work on this until I find the problem and fix it. Gerber's estimate was the lowest of 2 estimates and the final cost matched the estimate. Francisco Sanchez is an outstanding estimator, very courteous, and very professional. The service desk personnel were very professional and courteous. The work was performed very promptly and met all of my expectations. This is my 2nd experience with this location and I highly recommend them.

I had a pretty bad car wreck but had a great experience with Gerber on Elston--they were very communicative throughout the process, easy to work with, and did a great job in a really reasonable time frame. They also worked with my insurance company so I hardly had to provide anything. I would use them again!
