I just wanted to let you know that Bob and his crew in Chicago did a great job fixing up my old Corolla. They went above and beyond and should be acknowledged for their good work and professionalism. Next St. Patrick's Day I'll have to remember to park on the other side of the street so when I get hit again, that side will look as good as new too ;)

I am very pleased with the service that I received from Gerber. Special thanks to Don Hauser Sr. He was very professional and pleasant. Mr. Hauser was also very thorough. I didn't have to ask any questions. By the time he was finished consulting me, I was fully aware of exactly what to expect. I came back for additional services, and I would highly recommend this Gerber to others.

After having my care repaired at Gerber I felt compelled to provide a few customer comments. Their service was far and away the best that I have ever experienced, not just for collision repair, but overall customer service. From the minute that I drove into their shop until the moment that I picked up my car I felt like I was the most important customer that they had. They gave me a fast and detailed estimate, set up a repair time that suited my schedule, and even arranged for a car rental. As a new driver of our first car, I scratched the paint and dented the fender of our fairly new Nissan Rogue. Calvin Baptiste provided me with an estimated costs for the repairs within 15 minutes. The repairs included bending the fender back in original shape and painting it (two other repair shops said repair will require replacement of fender). The estimate was comparable to that from another repair shop. The repairs were completed one day early and associate from the shop called me to notify me. The repairs were done very well--the car looks like new and the repainted fender is indistinguishable from the rest of the car. Gerber Collision and Glass was recommended to me by my insurance agency and insurance paid part of the cost of the repairs. I am happy to have the car back looking good. MY CAR WAS HIT ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE , SO I HAD IT TAKEN TO GERBER COLLISION AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON THE REPAIRS.THE ESTIMATOR JOHN THOMAS KEPT ME INFORMED ABOUT THE PROGRESS ON MY CAR WHICH I GREATLY APPRECIATED. ALSO THE PRODUCTION MANAGER JASON COLLAZO WAS GREAT IN GOING OVER EVERYTHING AFTER THE REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED AND EXPLAINING EVERYTHING ABOUT THEIR SERVICES AND WARRANTIES.I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF WORK THEY DID ON MY CAR AND WOULD RETURN IF NEEDED AND WOULD ALSO RECCOMEND GERBER.

Very pleased with the repairs and the excellent service from everyone from the front desk ladies to Tom, the estimator. I was kept informed of the progress of the repairs and the final cost came in with a $100 discount. The free 5 day car rental was a super plus addition that sealed my decision to go with Gerber for my repairs. Also, I am a repeat customer. Gerber did the repairs on my car in Nov. 2011. This time, I paid out-of-pocket and looking at my car afterward, it looks like a new car! Great job-keep providing thiskind of service and you have me as a customer for life (although, I hope I don't have to come again-if I do, though, I know where to come.) P.S.-Very nicely appointed waiting area with clean restroom-makes a good impression.

My experience was great. I was taken care of immediately. They did what they estimated, stayed within the estimate and delivered when they said they would. I have nothing for praise for the entire operation in Wrigleyville. Hopefully it will not be necessary, but if it is I will surely go back to Gerber in Wrigleyville. I am grateful to the entire staff.

The service I received at Gerber was incredible. Not only did they work with the bus company of the bus that hit me to work out payment, they took care of the car rental, kept me updated by text message, finished the repairs early, cleaned my car for me, and did great work as well! It was a great experience when I was really dreading having to get it done. Jessica was especially helpful in working with the bus company and keeping me informed. I was really impressed by the service I received. Thank you so much!

I couldn't be more happy with the service I got at your Norwood Park branch. During the Winter while Barb was driving her new Tahoe a chunk of ice blew off a truck and dented the hood. So I went to Gerber which is in the neighborhood and got an estimate. During that time Barb had knee replacement so I could not come in for the repair because we needed the Tahoe for transportation, it was just eaiser for Barb to get in and out of the car. It's now been eight weeks and I was able to take the Tahoe in for repair. I just picked up the Tahoe and what a nice job they did on the hood. The important item is that they matched up the paint perfectly, the car was ready on time and Barb was happy also, the entire staff was very friendly .
