I wanted to commend your staff on a job well done! The customer service displayed by your staff was exemplary as well as the quality of the work in the body shop. I hope I don't have to come back, but if I do I will certainly use the Downers Grove Gerber again. I won't hesitate to recommend then to others.

This location provided excellent service when my husband's car was involved in a collision several years ago. Repair was performed beautifully and dealing with insurance was a breeze. Since we were so pleased I brought in a piece from our futon that required welding to see if there was any chance they could help me. They were very helpful and did not even charge me for the welding job! Excellent personnel and service - Thanks!

Excellent service. I was appraised many times of the status of my repair. Everyone there was very friendly. The repaired area looks like it did when it was new.

Everything was great, my car took one extra day but it was well worth it. Francisco kept me informed of the progress and my insurance company (Progressive) in the loop.
