Service was excellent as always. My car has been at Gerber twice in the last month or so. Both times I was taken care of by Raul Rodriguez, he was kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs. They young woman at the desk, Tea was polite and friendly and always greeted me by name when I entered the office. I would recommend this particular Gerber to anyone.

I was at Gerber to have my driver's side rear view mirror replaced. They replaced it at a lower cost because I brought in my own part. I was very happy about that. They also replaced my engine cover which had been pulled off by a large bolt in my parking parking lot. I was very pleased with the service that I received on this visit.

Brought my car in for auto body repairs. The estimate was done quickly and fairly by Rick Meyer, General Manager. Rick was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the repairs. On a scale of 1 to 10, he gets a 10! Nancy at the front desk was also very courteous. I'm completely satisfied with the work and service - car looks great and paint matches really well. I recommend them and I'd take my car there again (but I hope I won't need to!)

The staff kept in constant contact with me on my repairs. I picked up my vehicle earlier than forecasted and was SO SURPRISED to learn that they totally detailed the inside of my car and washed the outside. I will never go elsewhere but Gerber!!! Everyone that I came in contact with was AMAZING... Thank you so much.

When my daughter was side-swiped at a red light, scraping the back left panel, a friend recommended Gerber Collision & Glass in Evanston. I explained to the manager that I just wanted the thing patched up and not the whole panel replaced, as we intended to keep the car until it was worn out, so re-sale value wasn't an issue. (The driver who hit the car just sped away.) Robert did not try to talk me into the full repair (which would have been over $700, the amount of our deductible), but he and his staff buffed the side a bit and touched up the paint, taking about 20 minutes to do so. And he wouldn't accept payment!! Even though I pressed, he said it was such a little job it was on the house. I was so grateful not to have a big out-of-pocket expense for this accident. I have always had excellent service with Gerber Collision & Glass in Loves Park, IL -their staff is very cooperative and willing to discuss any problems I have with m y caar. Mike Lower, the General Manager is a GREAT person who is willing to assist me in any way and discuss the problems I have with my car - he is a GREAT employee for Gerber. Not only is he a super person, he has an excellent staff who knows how to treat their customers and all of them are very knowledgeable and professional. THANK YOU MIKE AND YOUR STAFF!!!!

My car (2010 Nissan Altima) had two damaged fenders and minor scratches on the entire car. I brought the car in on a Saturday, just before Noon. Even though the Gerber shop was closing in five minutes, Tom took me in for an estimate. I brought the car in the following Monday and they had an Enterprise rental car all set up for me. The Gerber people were great and kept me informed during the entire process. I received my car on Friday and it looks brand new! The entire car was buffed and washed; they even cleaned up my trunk and placed all my belongings in a plastic bag. One of the guys went over the car repairs with me and allowed me to inspect the car. My wife's car was hit by a deer while stopped at a light. The rear door was crushed. I drove her car to the Elmhurst location on Lake Street for an estimate. Paul Pennella looked over the damage and provided a repair estimate for insurance pretty quickly. Everyone I spoke with at Gerber was very cordial. Paul called me a couple times during the week to let me know the status. My wife picked up the car at the end of the week (a couple days earlier than the estimate) and Paul showed her everything that was fixed. Both of us were very happy with the work done. We would definitely use Gerber again.

I just wanted to let you know that Bob and his crew in Chicago did a great job fixing up my old Corolla. They went above and beyond and should be acknowledged for their good work and professionalism. Next St. Patrick's Day I'll have to remember to park on the other side of the street so when I get hit again, that side will look as good as new too ;)
