Our service at Gerber was OUTSTANDING!!! Lainie and all of the other employees that assisted us were absolutely amazing! They were all very concerned and willing to help! It made an inconvenient experience of the accident turn into a relieving, relaxing experience! What a difference great attitudes, courtesy and smiles make! "I want to give many thanks for the excellent service provided by your Elmhurst store. This is the 3rd car we have taken to Gerber for body work. Each time we get trustworthy information, quality work and fair prices. Special Thanks this week to Matt Henneken, Production Manager. I asked the receptionist if someone could drop me off at my home 1/2 mile away. She said porter does not start until 8:30am but Matt might be able to take me. He did. For my pickup today, I asked if Matt could get me around 8:15am? Matt said, Yes and was at my home at 8:15am! Wow, Matt deserves a "High Five" for outstanding customer service! By the way, Matt has the nicest Ford truck I have ever ridden in! Thanks to all of you for the terrific service experience and complimentary coffee. Mike Foster, Elmhurst"

EXCELLENT customer service as always! Nobody likes having to take their vehicle to the body shop because generally something bad happened that made you go there in the first place. But that's not the case when it comes to working with Al at this location. He is always more than helpful and works with me to accomodate my schedule. I manage a service department myself and have had the unfortunate issue of taking in at least 3 of my vans that have been involved in accidents in the past year alone. That's why when I needed body work done on my own vehicle, I had no reason to shop around. I knew right where to go. And the quality of work was exactly what I expected-perfect!

The general manager and staff were exceptionally professional and went out of their way to assist me. My auto was a hit & run and I was very emotional and upset that my insurance company didn't feel the vehicle was worth repair. Well, GM Mario Pereira and his staff saw my distress, offered suggestions and just performed a miracle on my 1998 Ford Explorer. It's not just the physical repairs that leaves a lasting impression, it's the way the entire staff responded to me as a person. They understood that I wasn't pleased with the recommendation of the insurance co., but they treated me like a member of their family and staff. Everyone who sees my vehicle now can't believe how good it looks. He also made arrangements with Enterprise Leasing so a car would be available for me to rent for 4-days. I received e-mails regarding the repair statue on my SUV Excellent service with a smile. I woud highly recommend Gerber Collission Glass.
