This is my 3rd contact with your facility in the past 6 months. Fortunately, these visits were not my fault. I cannot tell you how professional and accomodating the Oak Lawn center was! i never hesitate to refer your center for repairs. M. Malone

Did a beautiful job on fixing our honda civic. Kept us informed twice a week with updates via text and a phone call. Plus they finsihed the job earlier than what was expected. I definitely will recommend them to our friends and families.

This was the second time Gerber has repaired cars for us. They, as always, did a fabulous job and would always be the ones we would go to if there were any need in the future. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, kind and a pleasure to work with. Thanks to Andi, Joe and Claire for their professionalism. I really appreciate it!

"I brought my car in to repair a bumper "abrasion". They repaired it quickly and neatly, as well as pleasantly. Marshall Herschberg facilitated the logistics and came out with the body man who did the work and showed me the car explaining what had been done. The receptionist, Yesenia, was also quite pleasant and helpful in getting things started as soon as I came in. She also interacted wonderfully with a young girl(around 5 or 6) when her mother had to go out of the waiting area with the body man to show him her car. This is why I have been at this Gerber's now for the third time. They are professional in all respects, doing excellent work!"
