My car looks better now than it did before it was damaged. I expected my door and fender to be fixed, however I didn't expect to find my car/trunk to be cleaned inside and out. It's like I just bought a new car, even has new car smell. Great job

I must share my good fortune with others! In need of body repair of my car for damage sustained in a collision, I took the car to Gerber in Skokie, IL. The estimator, David Martinez, gave me outstanding service. He was knowledgeable, considerate, patient and caring in his dealings with me. From the moment I met David to te final day when he delivered my car in perfect condition to my residence making certain that I felt secure in the placement of the mirrors, controls, etc. before turning the car back to me. I appreciated his concern for both my welfare and satisfaction. Gerber, as always, repaired the body of the car to a point of perfection!

AWESOME service from the minute I stopped by till the day I picked up my car! This was my 2 month old new car, that I was upset about being hit. Grange (not my insurance) recommended Gerber, and I am glad they did...the bumper looks Perfect...thank you! I have already recommended the Palatine shop to my daughter who unfortunately just got hit last week. I know you will do a great job. Lastly, the car was so clean when I picked it up...especially the windows...thanks

Not having an insurance claim for over twenty years, I was reluctant when USAA recomended Gerber Class, thinking you only replaced windshields. (I had rear bumper & panel damage). needless to say, after seeing your shop & meeting the Mgr.John & customer sevice rep Raul Rodriguez,I felt more confident. Everything went well! rental car was waiting, car looked great & finished on time. even paying the deductable to Tea was a pleasant experience. My car was repaired due to hitting a deer (front end damage, fender, hood, and windshield) so I called my insurance company (21th Century) the next morning and they set me up with Gerber and a rental car. The day after I dropped the car off Ron called and let me know all damages and that it would be 9 days. Well it only took 5 days and when I arrived to pick it up Ron walked me around the car and he noticed hood still had blemishes so he set me up with rental car and said it would be finished by 11 next morning (Saturday) Well he called at 8:30am and said it was finished, I'm very pleased with an excellent job and outstanding customer service. Thanks again Ron and all the Gerber staff.

Recently my front bumper was hit while parked in a lot and I had repairs done at Gerber in Elmhurst, Il. They did an excellent job! Less than a month later, I had to evacuate my home because of flooding (I live on the Des Plaines river) and had to park in an alternate parking lot after being displaced from my home. It was a very stressful time and to add one more thing to the losses incurred, I was hit again in the exact same spot. Ouch! Fortunately, Matt Henneken, the manager at the Elmhurst location was extremely helpful and so willing to accommodate me. He was so professional and courteous and after dealing with flood issues all week, this was a welcome kindness I will never forget.
