Brought my truck in with extensive passenger side damage. The folks at Gerber began work the very same day. When I got my truck back I was pleasantly surprised. It looked like new again. They even replaced the chip protection film on my rocker panels. You would never even know it was in an accident. Kept me informed of their progress with calls and email. Everyone was great. From the people in the office to the people in the shop. I would highly recommend the Elgin repair shop for any work you may need. Thanks Tom M.

I specifically asked the insurance company if I could have the work done by Gerber because I had been treated well by Gerber in the past. Although I did not have a lot of damage, the repair was done quickly and well. I brought it in on Tuesday morning and it was done by Friday, which increased my satisfaction with the decision to have Gerber do the work. My estimator was Joe Cichanski, who was very professional during the estimate process and called me later in the day with the estimate information and then again on Thursday with an update. All the folks at the Crystal Lake shop treated me well, so I would regard the transaction as a very positive exeperience. Gerber remains my first choice in the event future collision work is needed. I would also have no problems recommending Gerber to others. Kai Lieber

My experience was really great. I was out of town and Gerber was able to call me remotely and tell me about my expenses and what repairs needed to be done. My car was done before excepted and since I was out of town they kept it for as long as I needed which I appreciated dearly. I will absolutely return again if I ever need any more repairs. The interior of my car also looks immacculate, very happy.

Romeo was the best, he did a wonderful job on the bumper, he did a wonderful job at answering our questions and helping us with anything we needed!! The whole team at Gerber was AMAZING, all very nice and sweet! I am going to recommend you guys to everyone I know! This was a stress-free environment, and kept us very calm and in the loop of what was going on. I give you guys a 200 out of 100. Best company I have ever dealt with. I am for sure going to come back again. (if I have any more damage, or glass damage. ) Thank you guys! :)

My neighbor walks her dogs every morning. I say hello she smiles, one day she says hey we could fix your front bumper cover cheap, i said my wife did that the first month we bought it i'm use to it and we both laughed, a week later i ask her where she works cause now i really need my vehicle fix someone hit me and its american family she said, get the estimate and she will fix the frt cvr for free. well they did i'm so happy with gerber and andi thank you Mercin Synied
