Wow! I was amazed at the ease it was to have my car repaired at this shop. As soon as I put in the claim, an associate called me and set up the appointment to bring in the car. They arranged for the rental company to pick me up. They were able to fix my car ahead of schedule. Everyone from the front desk to the repair men were friendly and informative. In cleaning out my car before bringing it in I thought I had lost my IPOD on the park way. I came back to the shop to check if it was in the car and to pick up another item I had forgotten, I did not see it. I went out and prurchased a new one. When I picked up my car there was my IPOD in the front consul... the person who had cleaned the car found it and put it up for me. Just a quick note to say what a great experience I had with Mike and his assistants. They immediately buffed out some scratches and paint while I waited. This was very important since I drive a limo for a living and I needed to pick up the bride and groom in a couple of hours. They truly saved the day for me - thanks guys!

I took my truck in to have the bumper fixed from an accident. Pamela called Enterprise rental to have them come get me, but they didn't have anyone avalible, so she gave me a ride over there. That was a huge service to me since I needed to get back to my office right away. Bob called me the next day to let me know that the repair was taking more time and it would be another day. The service was good, and I'd recomend them to a friend.

The team at Evanston was extremenly professional and responsive from the first moment I stepped in until my cars were picked up. It was also terrific that you were able to provide me with a car trhough Enterprise (less than a block away) so the whole expereince was extremely convenient. I actually had work done on both my cars this time, and I appreciated the texts letting me know progress as well as the timely phone calls to confirm completion of the work. This is good use of modern technology. What most impressed me was the fact that when I picked up my second car, even the inside of the car looked like it had been professionally cleaned and cared for. First rate job! My car was flooded in my parking garage during the last big rain storm. Gerber replaced my carpeting, tested the electrical system with the dealer, cleaned my seats and put the air freshener through the vest system. I have been driving the car for a couple weeks now and I can't tell there was anything water damage. Everyone at Gerber was helpful and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend them.
