Excellent service and an excellent experiance. I would recommend this facilty I went to to any family or friends that needed a repair to their vehicle. My vehicle was completed in under a week and looks like it came off the showroom floor. I would like to commend Andrea at the norwood park location for her customer service skills, I worked in retail/sales for a long time and she has some of the best customer service skills I have ever come across. I would also like to commend my collision advisor if it were not for his knowledge and customer service I probably would have taken my vehicle else-where not realising what I was about to pass up. He was a great advisor and made the choice very easy after the estimate was completed.

Outstanding service and repair. From the time you walk in and are greeted by Yesenia who is very pleasant and helpful. Paul Pennella is an outstanding estimator. He was very interested in repairing my vehicle. He took time to explain to me exactly how my 1987 Buick Regal would be repaired. During the repair almost on a daily basis he would update me via text on the progress of my vehicle. Matt the supervisor of the repair process made sure every detail was done right and done right it was.Thank you to all involved,you did an outstanding job I could not be happier. Hieu Le has assisted us with a number of mishaps we've encountered over the last few years with our Toyota, Mercedes, and Corvette. Always friendly, thorough, and extremely knowledgable, Hieu instills confidence when we drop off a car that it will be returned to us in perfect condition. We visit Gerber more frequently than we'd like, and Hieu always greets us with a friendly professionalism that makes these visits less painful..

I was met by Stefanie Uphold when I brought my car in for repair. She was most friendly and helpful. She advised me I could leave my car that day but the soonest I could leave it was 1-1/2 days later, which I did. When I was told my car was ready to pick up, I was pleasantly surprised because it was ahead of schedule (less than a week), and quite unexpected because the company was in the process of moving to a building next door and I expected a slight delay. My car looked brand new, outside and in! The inside was so clean I almost hated to sit in it. I am very proud of the work done by Gerber and will not hesitate to recommend anyone who needs this type of work done on their car.

June at the front desk was so kind and helpful to me, and the gentlement who worked on my car provided such fast, wonderful service on my old car. I am just so grateful for all the work they did on my car, giving me periodic updates and answering any questions I had. They worked on my old car with the same respect and car that they would offer all the other beautiful, newer ones, and that meant a lot to me. Thank you, Gerber!

My neighbor and friend is my State Farm agent, literally. Those I was having repairs done without using my insurance, he recommended Gerber without hesitation and since he has been in the business for 30 years, I figured he knows what he's talking about. Boy was I right! Working with Gerber was ridiculously painless. Very professional, expedient and just plain nice- the kind of people that make a usually painful process actually pleasant. Excellent service. 3 day repair quoted but finished in 2 days. Front end damage incurred from flying tire debris on interstate. I was very concerned about paint matching with the mettalic paint on my vehicle, but Andrea Molina assured me it would not be and issue. It was an outstanding match and I couldn't be happier.

Your staff was very friendly and efficient. My car rental was waiting for me when i dropped off my vehicle for repair and my car was repaired before the day promised so it worked out perfectly. Things couldn't have gone smoother. I'd definitely come back here if my car needed additional work.
