The first time I chose this Gerber location was for accident repairs last year (2012). So, since there was already a successful business relationship with this particular location, I chose them again today when my car was experiencing some water seepage. Gerber was able to be flexible with my work schedule and accomodate (at the last minute) a quick appointment to determine where the seepage was originating from. After about 20-30 minutes, they were able to locate the problem; the water was being stored within the sun roof hoses and needed to be drained out. Gerber technicians were able to fix it right on the spot and I was so grateful for this; it was a blessing. Thank you Gerber for your fantastic customer service and your loyalty. -Jillian

I just wanted to compliment Cars Collision Center in Schaumburg for the excellent service they provided to me. My car was hit by a driver with State Farm Insurance. Cars Collision was one of the repair centers recommended by State Farm. I am so happy that I brought my car there. Exceptional service was provided from the front office when I called to set up an appointment, from Bob when he checked out my car, from the Enterprise Rental Car rep that was right on site, and your customer service rep that called me every few days with an update on my car. All work was completed just as stated on the original quote. To all the employees that I worked with at Cars Collision Center, I give the highest marks. I had to use Gerber twice within these past couple of months to fix two seperate vehicles. I have never had such outstanding service that truly catered to my every need. The receptionist was extremely helpful with finding me a vehicle for the time being and the loaner service was there before Romeo was done explaining to me the damage done to my car. Also, the notifications via text messages was extremely helpful in keeping me updated on my vehicle and quite funny too. Romeo possessed tremendous amount of knowledge and people skills that made this experience even easier to go through. I will use Gerber for any of my car issues and would HIGHLY reccommend them to anyone due to the service I've received.

I was referred by my State Farm agent Phil Blume to Gerber in Skokie. I met David Martinez when I arrived he greeted me and was very polite. I told him I had scratches on the left side of my Volvo. He told me the most cost effective way to take care of this would be to buff the scratches. He than took my keys brought the vehicle to the back and buffed and touched them up for me. He even washed my car! looks Great! Thank you for being honest and fair!

RE claim # 140112068 Customer service at this facility is excellent. Staff is knowledgeable and most courteous. Romeo was great to work with. Quality of the work done was very satisfactory. I'd recommend Gerber to anyone in need of paint repair and or body work on their vehicle.

This is our second experience with this Gerber location. Our first experience went so well that we chose Bob and his team again. As last time, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed speaking with Bob, the estimator, and found his knowledge to be reassuring. The repairs made to my Subaru turned out great! I hope not to have to utilize a repair service again anytime soon, but if I do, I will definiely return to the folks at this Gerber location. Thanks Gerber Team!

American Family is not my company, but the company of the individual who hit my car. I selected Gerber because of its proximity to my house and because it is across the street from Enterprise. I am so glad I used Gerber. The service was outstanding. Dave kept me up to date and my car was ready significantly earlier than I was originally told. Good work!

I had scraped against a paint curb and had a paint transfer on my bumper. I had called a couple other places before calling Gerber, and Gerber was the only one who was friendly and professional. Mark helped me during my appointment; he was patient and attentive to what I wanted done with the car. Originally, he said I may have to wait a few days to get it fix, but then he brought out a cloth and solution and was able to get the paint removed in less than five minutes. I had an amazing experience and will be back again!

I can't say enough about the wonderful service I received at this location. My Prius was hit by a pickup truck on the passenger side. Gerber fixed it in 4 days and even washed and cleaned the inside of my car after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend this location and Alexis and Claire (who called me every day to apprise me of the progress on my car).
