My right side mirror popped out. I went to another care care office and was told the mirror was broken.. There was a piece missing to they would have to order it for $160.00. I decided to go to Gerber, just to get a price comparison. I was greeted by David Martinez with a warm smile and he made me feel very comfortable. I asked him if the mirror could be repaired and for how much? He took the mirror to the car and was able to pop it back in. He explained the mirror is broken, but he was able to position it for use. There was no charge. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Unfortunately our car has been to your shop twice, but fortunately both times we have received excellent service. Your staff is very cordial, and it is not just the receptionist area. The quality of work is excellent. The service person explains what is expected, what is involved, how long it will take, and the car is delivered (for pickup) show room quality. I was leery when your company name was an option (being unfamiliar with your name for car repairs - more so known as the glass repair/replacement). Now, if i ever hear anyone needing collision repair work, i would not hesitate to suggest your company/service/location. Keep up the great work.

Kudos to the very nice folks at the Gerber Collision Repair Center on Southwest Highway in Orland Park, IL – Sam, Trish and Laney - for an outstanding job! I was recently struck by another driver who had coverage with Progressive Insurance. Progressive recommended this repair facility. Although I had no prior experience with Gerber I used their recommendation and was delighted with the service I received. I picked up a rental car at Gerber when I dropped off my car for repair. I was professionally greeted by Sam who explained how the process worked. I received voice mail and text updates on the progress of the repairs on my car from Trish and Lanie. The repairs were beautifully done and my car was ready exactly when promised. Gerber is a class act. Thank you for a job so very well done.
