I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff at this Gerber Collision location. No one wants to need this type of service but, when an accident happens, it's good to know that your vehicle will be in capable hands. "Hello, I have been dealing with Gerber at the Norwood Park location for all my repair work. Since my auto insurer is State Farm,Gerber has a good relationship with them. My last time there(many times) i worked with auto damage adjuster,Andi Molina who i had worked with before.I would recommend her and this Gerber location for any body who needs any repair work done.They almost treat me like family (Repete customer)and i have never had any problems with their service.I also want to give a "High Five" to the receptionist Claire,who does a great job and is very personable.. i've been using this location (different owner) for years, and was just as pleased today as ever. i had a minor bumper repair that was taken care of immediately, and they threw in a car wash, to boot! i love this place, and respect their customer service standards, friendly atmosphere, and quality of work. always happy to recommend them to friends! go hawks!!

I have had my car repair work done twice before at Gerber. I was happy then and was very pleased again with my current work done May 29th & 30th. The service is great. The people are wonderful, polite, caring and wanting to take care of your every need. My car came back looking like it had just come off the show room floor (and it is 9 years old!). You would never know there had been a scrape and dent on that car. Keep up the good work and thanks very much!

I am very satisfied with the work done here at Gerber. Everyone was very nice and informative about the repairs done to my vehicle. I was provided with constant updates on the status of the repairs through phone calls and text messages from the company and the mechanic himself. I would definitely recommend Gerber for repairs.

He was thorough, took his time, didn't rush me, explained things, followed up, really really a great employee. You are lucky to have him for sure! Brought the car in on Tuesday afternoon and it was ready on Wednesday afternoon - the fastest service I have ever experienced. The car was fixed perfect. It was also washed and vacuumed. I would highly recommend Gerber.
