Our car looks perfect, like it was never hit. We had some problems getting the insurance to approve the claim, because the other driver caused the accident, but Bob was awesome. He worked with both our insurance and the other insurance until the car was fixed. He took care of everything, got us factory parts and answered all my questions.

I brought my car in for some repairs and Tim was very helpful and nice. He was very informative and once I dropped my car off I started to receive email and text updates on the progress of my car which I really appreciated. I also had a scratch on the side of my car completely unrelated to my accident and they buffed it out for me which was awesome. I hope I don't need anymore repairs on my car anytime soon but if I do, I will definitely be bringing my car back to Gerber Collision in the Loop!

SUCH GREAT SERVICE! FRONT DESK STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, OFFERED ME COFFEE/DRINKS AND GOT ME IN AND OUT TO DROP OFF CAR. THEY ALSO CALLED MY RENTAL CAR LOCATION FOR PICKUP, AND ALSO CALLED FOR ME TO LEAVE MY RENTAL HERE SO I COULD LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. THE SERVICEMAN ALSO WAS GREAT ABOUT COMMUNICATION WITH ME ALONG THE WAY. MY DEFINITE NEW GO-TO REPAIR LOCATION!

We've had different cars at Gerbers 3 times over the years, (both glass and collision repairs), most recently this past week, and every single time I couldn't have been more happy with the superb service, professionalism, and courtesy extended to my wife and I. I recommend highly Gerber's on Southwest Highway in Oak Lawn....their recent work on some quite extensive damage we incurred from a collision was pure craftsmenship...the car looked fantastic and they actually returned it to us well ahead of schedule. On every occassion dealing with them, we've always left Gerber's 100% satisfied...We have total confidence in them! Bravo Gerbers....you are the best! (and a special thanks to Chinda who made all the magic happen last week!)

Excellent! Ron Thompson was the estimator and very personable. He set everything up and the process was smooth. Mike was also informative in helping me understand the situation with my mother's car, which was the one that hit mine. I would highly recommend this location.

My right side mirror popped out. I went to another care care office and was told the mirror was broken.. There was a piece missing to they would have to order it for $160.00. I decided to go to Gerber, just to get a price comparison. I was greeted by David Martinez with a warm smile and he made me feel very comfortable. I asked him if the mirror could be repaired and for how much? He took the mirror to the car and was able to pop it back in. He explained the mirror is broken, but he was able to position it for use. There was no charge. I was very pleased with the service I received.
