I had got into an accident with my brand new car. I was very upset. I took my car into gerber Collision lake street and received the best customer service from Scott and Moses that I never had expierence before. The whole process they kept me informed and made it so easy for me. I highly recommend gerber and will refer to family and friends. Thank you for making my bad expierence a good and happy expierence to my brand new car again.

The entire staff at the Halsted Street location completely exceeded my expectations. The customer service from the Front Desk Agent upon arrival to each individual that worked on our Acura MDX was amazing. The attention to detail, to the weekly follow-up by text and phone message was an experience someone would receive at a Five Star Luxury Hotel. Thank you to the entirestaff! Bob and team were incredibly helpful and assisted me with all my repair needs including securing a rental vehicle through Enterprise using the Gerber offers website - great added value! The repair was completed quickly and looked great. Bob was great to walk me through all the repairs and explain what was damaged and what was fixed. And it was a surprise bonus that when the repairs were complete, my car was not only fixed but also cleaned inside and out. Very nice touch and incredible service!

This was for rust repair on a 2001 vehicle. I felt the estimate was reasonable and all work to be done was explained thoroughly before I agreed to the repair. The work was done a full day early and looks great. And the text messages during the repair process were both informative and fun - something you don't see often. This was my 3rd instance of needing repair at this facility and I can and will recommend it highly. Dave

Did a great job, delivered my car by a specific date needed for a trip. Laney kept me apprised every few day and coordinate with insurance company adjuster who did not detect full amount of damage and arranged to extend rental at no cost to me.

I stopped in to receive an estimate to repair a scrape on my rear panel. They determined it was only a paint transfer and repaired on the spot and did not charge me! It is nice to know there are still honest and trustworth businesses around that don't take avantage of the customer.

It's understandable why Gerber is the only game in town and the preferred facility for most insurance companies. I got a second quote from a highly recommended shop whose price was 121 percent higher - yes, more than double Gerber's price, and my Gerber repair looks showroom new. Fast turnaround too. I'm glad to pass the word.

The Gerber office at 3425 N Halsted provided excellent customer service from the time that I called them for an appointment to the time they returned my car looking better than it did before the collision. Especially Tom Roznowski the Rep was very helpful. He explained about the repairs and delivered on the promise to get my car done in less than a week. They sure know their stuff and went out of their way to look after my best interests. Thank you everyone at Gerber.
