I cannot express my happiness with the care, repair and responseness that was given to me by Andrea Molina and the entire team at this location. Andi was great, professional, efficient, personable, knowledgeable and went out of her way to be helpful. She is truly a asset to Gerber. My car was respaired on time as promised, it was absolutely wonderful, Clean and smelling wonderful. I brought my Volkswagen to be fixed due to accident. It took only 7 days to complete. I was told it was going to take 8 days. So very fast service. I received text alerts almost everyday it was in the shop. Also I received a courtesy call to tell me that my car was in line for paint and then inspection. I was pleased to receive a notice for my car and a final opportunity to have final questions about my vehicle. Thank you Gerber collision and glass!

I took my car in to this body shop on July 24, 2013. Mr. Sam Haleem told me if I left the car then that work would be started on it that day and estimated it would take 2 to 3 days to complete the work. Mr. Saleem called me at 4:30 pm on July 25 and told me the car was ready to be picked up. This shop did a fantastic repair job on my car. Mr. Saleem is a very pleasant and professional person to do business with. The car was ready way ahead of estimated completion date. The car had been washed and looked great. This is a great body shop. I have used this shop on two occasions. No complaints from me either time.

Had an outstanding expierence working with this Gerber location and in particular the manger (Matt). He took personal attention of my '97 Mustang and seemed to understand how much I cared for my car and seemed to take extra care of my car. The work done on my car was done correctly and the customer attention was fantastic. Great visit.

I received my car within 5 days when the projected time was 10 days, the repairs were great, the car was cleaned inside and out, and smelling good. I was very much satisfied with the service I received at Gerber in Crystal Lake. I would refer them in a heart beat. The employees are very warm and friendly. I had a most wonderful experience with them.

Customer service and repair is excellent. They were very courteous, made me feel very comfortable and told me everything that they were going to do to repair my car. When I picked up my car it had been washed and it looked like new. Everyone was very thoughtful and answered all my questions. I will recommend Berger to anyone who would need their services. services.

"I visited the store in Schaumburg on Friday afternoon as my car had a run-in with the side of my garage and I needed to get an estimate. This car of mine has had bad "car"ma ever since I got it- rear ended the first week I got it, etc. The staff in Schaumburg has always been exceptional- friendly and helpful. Bob Sherman worked with me to determine what work had to be done to my car, and he had most of the paint buffed off so that we knew the full extent of the damage. It turns out that I can fix the rest of the damage with touch up paint. Bob didn't charge me anything for the work done as I was a "frequent flyer". I was definitely "wowed" by the exceptional service that I received....and thought you should know. Too often management gets complaints, but I wanted you to get good news. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Estimator, Yung Le, was polite and informative. He explained the process and gave me the estimate. The car was ready as promised. The work was beautifully done and the car was like brand new!! The facility was clean and customer friendly. A wonderful place to recommend to others.
