I took my car into Gerber Collision and was treated with nothing but repect and kindness. The gentleman who took care of my car, Casey Krivanec, was very professional, considerate, and helpful. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a car collision company before. I do not even like taking my car to the dealer ship due to the poor treatment I had received on my last visit. Thank you for making my day easier and confirming that I will take my car to the Matteson establishment from here on out. I will definitely be recommending Casey to friends and family.

The estimate was appropriate and the service was amazing. June at the front desk could not have been nicer and Patrick was very helpful. Our car looks so much better and it was completed on time. The added advantage of the Enterprise rental car so close by was an extra bonus. We will continue to use them in the future. Thanks so much for making this an easy experience!

I scratched the side of my car and was expecting an expensive repair. Instead, the folks at Gerber we able to buff the majority of the problem away. I appreciated their straight forward approach and willingness to give me options. Jeff was very helpful. Gerber has always provided me with excellent service and quality repairs.

Everyone one was very professional, and the work was done in a timely manner. Very happy with the service. Gerber should look to better brand its image in the public. I had no idea that the company function at this high level, that it guaranteed its work product for life, or that you could go to any store for follow-up work. Perhaps you could have JD Power & Associates or Consumer Reports or other reporting agency review your company to get the Gerber story out to the public.

Our experience with Gerber was perfect from start to finish. Everything was handled in a very professional and timely manner. The staff was terrific as well. Jason was very thorough in his explanation of the repair process and gave us an accurate time frame for completion. We will definitely return as necessary.

The Gerber shop did an excellent job with my car. My car absolutely looks like new and it's impossible to tell that the car was damaged at all in the first place. Also, the staff was very professional, explained everything well, and accommodated my scheduling needs for the repair. There's really nothing else I could have asked for in this work.

Jason and John L. Thomas, (or J.T.) were great in repairing my vehicle and providing unparallel, unravelled and spectacular workmanship, communication and customer service, that by far, exceeded my expectations. I would truly recommend both individuals and this body shop, should someone ask me for a recommendation to repair their vehicle or mine, in the future!!!

Your representative was Hieu Le who was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. All the staff I met were the same. The work was completed early and without any discrepancies. I would return in a flash and recommend this individual, location and Gerber to anyone in need. You have a most satisfied customer.

Yung Le was my estimator and he was very easy to work with. He looked over my damage and explained exactly what had to be done and how they would do it. He quoted me a price and also told me of a discount coupon that Gerber offered since I was paying for the repair myself. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Since this was a brand new car, I was nervous that the repair would be obvious. The repair guys did a beautiful job fixing the damaged area and the paint blended in perfect with the rest of the car. Even looking up close you cannot tell where they repaired the bumper. I have had some repairs to other cars over the years, but this was the best experience I have had. Thank you Gerber.

I just picked up my car on the date promised and couldn't be more pleased with the work Gerber did. Not only did the job take the number of days promised but it is in far better shape than when I dropped it off, INSIDE and out!!! This firm seems to have good working relationships with offsite vendors and their own experts enabling them to live up to the promises made and make their customers happy. I will never have to think twice about who to call if and when I need collision repairs again.
