If you are looking for a friendly, professional, and efficient place to get your car fixed you need to come to Gerber Collision & Glass in Naperville/Ogden Ave. The people that work here are so nice my family has taken our cars to this exact location and there service totally goes above and beyond. I've always been taken care by Michelle and Jorge, their entire team is amazing. They really do a great job in reassuring you that your car will be fixed. When you get your car back it looks brand-new, love them!!!

I just want to take a moment to pass along my sincere thanks and appreciation to one of your employees. A week ago, I had the unfortunate experience of “meeting” a deer with my car. In talking to my insurance company, they recommended Gerber Collision and Glass. They were RIGHT. From my initial contact with Lainie, to her arranging for a rental car (and getting me a good ‘deal’ from them as they were late in their arrival to deliver me the rental), through taking care of a previous scrape that I had on my car – to cleaning the vehicle – Lainie did an exemplary job! I too, am in the customer service business, and know the importance of ‘concern’, ‘status’ and delivering more than promised (my car was ready two days ahead of schedule).
