The rear bumper on my BMW 328xi was in dire need of repair after being hit. You all were recommended to me, so I decided to give it a shot. Having just picked up my car today, I can say with 100% certainty that you are THE place to go for top tier service. From the moment I arrived, I was treated in a professional and courteous manner, and I was kept well-informed about the repair process every step of the way. The service manager I worked with, Tom, really made it a point to make my car look brand new again. Hopefully I don't get hit again, but if I do, I'll be back in a second. Thanks again for the professional, expert and timely repair of my car. I'll be skipping my dealership for any future repair needs.

I was incredibly impressed with the care and service I received from Gerber Collision in Downers Grove!! In particular, I was very impressed with Gary Wilmoth, who managed my case, and the young lady at the front desk who checked me in and out. Gary was very thorough, calm and reassuring. He kept me informed all along the way and facilitated a rapid and yet thoroughly complete repair process, including unexpected discoveries once the bumper was removed. The repair service was remarkably speedy, and yet my car looks brand new! Gary was professional and personable - a hard combination to find just about anywhere these. Also, when I was checking out, the insurance company still showed I owed a deductible, even though I was not responsible for the accident. The young lady at the front desk (I can't believe I am blanking on her name!), ... voluntarily went out of her way to call the insurance company to determine if there was any change to the status of the claim. in fact, after she called, the insurance company looked into the progress of the claim again and found that the deductible was waved. She handled herself with pleasant professionalism the entire time, even though it took awhile, and other customers were beginning to line-up. From start to finish, my experience with this Gerber Collision location is unparalleled! I would highly recommend them to anyone, hands down!! Fantastic experience!! Five Stars!! "I am writing to let you know how impressed I am with your staff at Gerber. It was late in the afternoon on Friday and I stopped in hoping to get an estimate on a small dent on my car. I was half expecting to be brushed off because it was so late on a Friday, but instead I was surprised by exceptional customer service. Bob was wonderful. I only had to wait a few minutes as he finished with another customer. I showed Bob the damage to my car and told him how it happened. He asked a few questions and I was went to wait in the TV room thinking I would be there a while. Within minutes, he was back and we went outside to look at my car again. He explained the work that would need to be done and he answered all of my questions. It is so refreshing to get that level of service, especially on a Friday. This experience left me thinking ... The moment I came into their office, I was treated with utmost courtesy especially the soft spoken Romeo at the desk. This made me feel I was in the right place. Very much satisfied with the service/repair done. Repair of my vehicle was finished three working days ahead of the promised date of completion. Having backed into my husbands car in the driveway, we had the inconvenience of having two cars that needed repair. Thank you so much for making the process simple and timely.
