Sam Miller called me today a week after he and his team returned my car ahead of schedule. Just another example of him going the extra mile for this customer. That's not all, he went miles out of his way to meet me at the office the day after they delivered my car to my house just to make sure I was satisfied. Most of the time I spoke to him throughout the process but the others were equally helpful. Sam Miller a wreck a mended rock star for Gerber!

OMG what a wonderful experience. Gerber did collision work for me in April and I was quite satisfied. I broke the bolts on my front license plate and called for help. Gerber fixed my problem and I was in and out in no time. They did not charge me. I would have recommended Gerber before but now I will rave about the customer service I received. Thanks so much from a damsel in distress

Though this repair was due to a “no fault” accident, I am very grateful that the General Manager, Matt Henneken, took extra care in making my 2007 Grand Prix look and smell like a brand new car! I was really pleasantly surprised. All the personnel at the Gerber-Estes were very kind and thoughtful and I would highly recommend this facility for their keen awareness and ability to pay attention to detail. The repair was done in a timely fashion, in fact it was finished almost a week ahead of the estimated finish time. They did a beautiful job and you cannot tell that anything was damaged on the car.
