The moment I came into their office, I was treated with utmost courtesy especially the soft spoken Romeo at the desk. This made me feel I was in the right place. Very much satisfied with the service/repair done. Repair of my vehicle was finished three working days ahead of the promised date of completion. What more can I say with the bubbly Dan explaining clearly and in detail all the work done to my vehicle? Keep up the good work guys !

I arrived at this location at the scheduled time to drop off my car for repair. I soon discovered that I went to the wrong Gerber location! No problem! They quickly transferred my file to the current location, took my car in for service, and got my rental car without any hassle or complaint. They were genuinely happy to help me out and I was so thankful that they took care of the problem so graciously and painlessly. My car was fixed in one day and all went smoothly! This is my second time visiting this location and my experience was incredibly positive. I was most impressed by Concetta who completed my estimate rather quickly and helped me navigate a couple of my insurance questions. Concetta was friendly and knowledgeable! I received my car a day earlier than promised which was a nice surprise as well.
