Though this repair was due to a “no fault” accident, I am very grateful that the General Manager, Matt Henneken, took extra care in making my 2007 Grand Prix look and smell like a brand new car! I was really pleasantly surprised. All the personnel at the Gerber-Estes were very kind and thoughtful and I would highly recommend this facility for their keen awareness and ability to pay attention to detail. Just wanted to let you know that Matt Henneken and his team did an excellent job on the repair of my 2010 Toyota Corolla from a recent accident. The repair was done in a timely fashion, in fact it was finished almost a week ahead of the estimated finish time. They did a beautiful job and you cannot tell that anything was damaged on the car. The rear bumper on my BMW 328xi was in dire need of repair after being hit. You all were recommended to me, so I decided to give it a shot. Having just picked up my car today, I can say with 100% certainty that you are THE place to go for top tier service. From the moment I arrived, I was treated in a professional and courteous manner, and I was kept well-informed about the repair process every step of the way. The service manager I worked with, Tom, really made it a point to make my car look brand new again. Hopefully I don't get hit again, but if I do, I'll be back in a second. Everything handled smoothly and professionally. Work looked good - was completed a day earlier than anticipated. Several weeks before the work was done I stopped in unannounced for an estimate for the repair. They were able to take care of me and complete the estimate in around 15 minutes.

I was incredibly impressed with the care and service I received from Gerber Collision in Downers Grove!! In particular, I was very impressed with Gary Wilmoth, who managed my case, and the young lady at the front desk who checked me in and out. Gary was very thorough, calm and reassuring. He kept me informed all along the way and facilitated a rapid and yet thoroughly complete repair process, including unexpected discoveries once the bumper was removed. The repair service was remarkably speedy, and yet my car looks brand new! Gary was professional and personable - a hard combination to find just about anywhere these. Also, when I was checking out, the insurance company still showed I owed a deductible, even though I was not responsible for the accident. "I am writing to let you know how impressed I am with your staff at Gerber. It was late in the afternoon on Friday and I stopped in hoping to get an estimate on a small dent on my car. I was half expecting to be brushed off because it was so late on a Friday, but instead I was surprised by exceptional customer service. Bob was wonderful. I only had to wait a few minutes as he finished with another customer. I showed Bob the damage to my car and told him how it happened. He asked a few questions and I was went to wait in the TV room thinking I would be there a while. Within minutes, he was back and we went outside to look at my car again. He explained the work that would need to be done and he answered all of my questions. It is so refreshing to get that level of service, especially on a Friday.
