Equally Excellent Service and Customer Service. I am Katherine's POA and had just moved to Orland Park less than 24 hours earlier when someone "hit and run" my mother's car while I was in a restaurant. I was given Gerber's name by my Insurance Company. I needed a car badly. Robert came over immediately. Took me back to the shop and then drove me to pick up a rental car. The receptionist in Gerber's office was awesome. Juan kept in touch and actually had the car ready within just a few days rather than the week or so as predicted. Love the text about the car being "Happy". When I picked up the car it looked like new. This car is close to 12 years old. Everyone was so great and took pride in their work. Peter was very kind and helpful when I first dropped the car off. I did receive a lot of updates via phone calls and text messages, but sometimes the information was not as specific as I would have liked. Alice works very hard! I was hoping to get my car back quicker than I did, but after talking to some people the 3 weeks that it took is pretty much the norm. I went ahead and added rental car insurance to my plan. Oh, and the car that I got to rent for free for 5 days was great!

I was very impressed with Don, my service rep at Gerber. He called me every week and gave me an update on my car plus I received text messages each week with the progress. Don was very friendly and helpful. My car was done before the estimated completion date and the repairs were great. My car looks like new. I would recommend Gerber to everyone. Excellent Service, Jim helped me to get my Mitsubishi Fixed in a quicker time frame with quality service. Even when some more parts where required after initial estimate, order was placed with manufacturer and my car was kept ready before the stated date. They also offered me 5 day free rental when my car was getting fixed which was not available in my insurance. Thanks a lot for everything and will surely recommend Gerber to my friends and colleagues.

My car was in a minor collision and my insurance company recommended me to use Gerber collision in South Holland, Illinois. I have to admit, I was very skeptical so, I said I would just drive in for the estimate and to see what the atmosphere was like I have to say the shop was very clean and professional; and me being a women I felt confident that I was getting a honest quote the estimator Mr John Thomas was great his professionalism got my business the repairs was quick and outstanding I would highly wreck-ommend Gerber collision!
