Wow. All I have to say is this place was incredibly professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. Getting your car fixed after an accident is never fun, but Gerber Collision made it surprisingly pleasant and easy. June, at the front desk, is one of the nicest, friendliest and most helpful customer service professionals I have ever met. It was truly a pleasure working with her. The Estimator I worked with, Jim Walker, was very thorough in his explanation of what would be done and what would be covered by my insurance company. The work was completed in less time than I anticipated and looks great. I was also given an upgrade on my rental car to a minivan at no extra cost - which was extremely helpful in terms of carting my four kids around while my van was being fixed. Overall it was a fantastic experience - quite unexpectedly so - and I ... would DEFINITELY recommend Gerber Collision to anyone looking for truly extraordinary service. read more

I dropped my car off and it was repaired in a timely fashion. The woman at the desk was extremely knowledgeable about what papers had to be signed and explained what each paper was for. She also had a good understanding of what repairs the car needed. I was very pleased with the service I received at Gerber Collision and Glass.

I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass. Our son was recently in a horrible car accident with a brand new vehicle. The reception at their facility was warm, friendly and compassionate of our situation. Our representative, Mark was incredible. He kept my son consitantly posted on the progress of the car and assured him that all would be good. Correction Mark...everything was GREAT and so are you. We have another vehicle that needs body repair. We are definately going to Gerber!!!
