The work AND customer interface at Gerber was superior in every aspect. From the minute I walked into the shop, Gerber made everything effortless. They offered prompt and friendly attention that reflected a sense of pride and respect for the work they perform, AND then stayed in touch with me throughout the process. The finished results were awesome. It's rare these days to find the level of performance that is evident at Gerber Collision and Glass. It's almost worth having a collision every month just to enjoy the perfect experience I received there. I would enthusiastically recommend this shop to anyone because these guys are simply the best!!!

When a Farmers Insurance client failed to use his breaks and rear-ended me, I feared my world would spin out of control with the demand of fixing my car. Nothing could have been furthest from the truth! The employees at the LaGrange location were friendly and accommadating. They answered all my questions and concerns and especially made it easy to transision from my car to my rental car. I received both text mails and phone calls regarding the status of my repairs. Best of all they completed the repairs a week ahead of schedule. I truly appreciate the level of professional pride all the employee demonstrationed. Tom Roznowski provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, expedient, and knowledgeable regarding the necessary repairs. He was also very good at communicating, and kept me apprised of the repair status via email. Additionally, the assistant at the front desk was a pleasure (blonde, Eastern Europesn accent :)).

I had a minor accident with damage to my right rear bumper. Gary told me that the scratches could be buffed out and no claim was needed. Ten minutes later, they delivered the car to me and you couldn't tell I'd had any issue. No charge, either! Tremendously impressed. You've done good work for me in the past and will use you in the future (hopefully I won't need to!). Thanks!

Brian Sutherland did a very accurate job on the estimate, and Josh was so helpful that he offered to order a new part for free because there was a small crack in the original part.

Sam Miller called me today a week after he and his team returned my car ahead of schedule. Just another example of him going the extra mile for this customer. That's not all, he went miles out of his way to meet me at the office the day after they delivered my car to my house just to make sure I was satisfied. Most of the time I spoke to him throughout the process but the others were equally helpful. Sam Miller a wreck a mended rock star for Gerber!

OMG what a wonderful experience. Gerber did collision work for me in April and I was quite satisfied. I broke the bolts on my front license plate and called for help. Gerber fixed my problem and I was in and out in no time. They did not charge me. I would have recommended Gerber before but now I will rave about the customer service I received. Thanks so much from a damsel in distress
