Amazing!!! The staff was SO polite, and the work was fantastic. The side of my car that was repaired at Gerber looks amazing. Best yet, my car was cleaned and detailed before I picked it up. Hopefully I won't need collision repairs again soon, but if I do, I will definitely be back!

This was the first time I ever had a fender-bender and while the circumstance was unfortunate, Gerber made the experience enjoyable! The customer service of all employees was beyond any high expectation. Concetta Hutton was such a pleasure to work with as she is so professional, efficient, and friendly! Her pleasant demeanor was truly appreciated and made the overall process incredibly easy! I will be sure to recommend this Gerber location to all!

There was a delay of a day in getting parts. but the man that did the estimate was very professional. The clerk that checked me out was pleasant and the Asst Mgr. that delivered the car to me answered all of my questions. he was very knowledgable and personable. i would reccommend Gerber to anyone.

Took my car in based on my insurance companies recommendation, and I have to say it was the best service I have received to date. There were multiple set-backs (not their fault, waiting on parts and when they sent it to another specialty shop) but the shop kept me appraised almost daily with where I was in the repair process. The car looked great when it was returned, highly impressed. I have already 'wreck-ommended' this company to a friend!
