Wow. All I have to say is this place was incredibly professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. Getting your car fixed after an accident is never fun, but Gerber Collision made it surprisingly pleasant and easy. June, at the front desk, is one of the nicest, friendliest and most helpful customer service professionals I have ever met. It was truly a pleasure working with her. The Estimator I worked with, Jim Walker, was very thorough in his explanation of what would be done and what would be covered by my insurance company. The work was completed in less time than I anticipated and looks great. I was also given an upgrade on my rental car to a minivan at no extra cost - which was extremely helpful in terms of carting my four kids around while my van was being fixed. I dropped my car off and it was repaired in a timely fashion. The woman at the desk was extremely knowledgeable about what papers had to be signed and explained what each paper was for. She also had a good understanding of what repairs the car needed. I was very pleased with the service I received at Gerber Collision and Glass.

I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass. Our son was recently in a horrible car accident with a brand new vehicle. The reception at their facility was warm, friendly and compassionate of our situation. Our representative, Mark was incredible. He kept my son consitantly posted on the progress of the car and assured him that all would be good. Correction Mark...everything was GREAT and so are you. We have another vehicle that needs body repair. We are definately going to Gerber!!!

Equally Excellent Service and Customer Service. I am Katherine's POA and had just moved to Orland Park less than 24 hours earlier when someone "hit and run" my mother's car while I was in a restaurant. I was given Gerber's name by my Insurance Company. I needed a car badly. Robert came over immediately. Took me back to the shop and then drove me to pick up a rental car. The receptionist in Gerber's office was awesome. Juan kept in touch and actually had the car ready within just a few days rather than the week or so as predicted. Love the text about the car being "Happy". When I picked up the car it looked like new. This car is close to 12 years old. Everyone was so great and took pride in their work. Peter was very kind and helpful when I first dropped the car off. I did receive a lot of updates via phone calls and text messages, but sometimes the information was not as specific as I would have liked. Alice works very hard! I was hoping to get my car back quicker than I did, but after talking to some people the 3 weeks that it took is pretty much the norm. I went ahead and added rental car insurance to my plan. Oh, and the car that I got to rent for free for 5 days was great!

I was very impressed with Don, my service rep at Gerber. He called me every week and gave me an update on my car plus I received text messages each week with the progress. Don was very friendly and helpful. My car was done before the estimated completion date and the repairs were great. My car looks like new. I would recommend Gerber to everyone.
