The experts at Gerber Collision and Glass did a fantastic job of replacing and painting my bumper after a rear end collision on my '97 Saturn. They worked with the insurance company's estimate, were helpful and informative throughout the whole process, and even provided the rental car since Enterprise has an office right at the facility. I'm very happy with the repair, and will recommend this facility to anyone who needs work performed on their vehicle.

"My car was in a fairly serious front-end collision, there was a good amount of damage ($10,000) and, having just bought the car the year before (used) I was terrified that insurance would total the car out or that the repairs wouldn't make it "like new" again. To say I love this car is an understatement, so the thought of losing it made me sick. I had it towed to Gerber and my adjuster, Concetta, got right to work with the estimate. She also discussed with me the benefits of filing the claim via the at-fault party's insurance rather than my own, which I had never done, and I've been really happy with the result - I didn't have to pay my deductible, the other driver's insurance paid for a rental for me, and I just got my insurance renewal and not only did it not go up, it went down! Once insurance approved the estimate ... totals Gerber began work. Because the repairs were extensive the anticipated completion date was 4 weeks from the day I dropped it off. Concetta kept me updated on the progress, I was given a rental car by the at-fault driver's insurance and having an Enterprise location in the repair facility was very convenient. Repairs were completed a week ahead of schedule and my car looks and feels just like it did before the accident. I was really happy to see that they reapplied my City Sticker and State Park Campground sticker to the new windshield, and even more surprised and happy to see that when it was all done, my car got a professional detailing (and boy did it need it, just two weeks before we had been camping!) I really appreciated that I was kept in the loop in terms of what was happening to my car, even what parts were ordered for it, and Concetta was very patient with my 80 phone calls asking "is it done yet?" When I had to bring the car back in for a minor repair (the airbags deploying or the impact must have loosened a radio cable and a button on my stereo wasn't working) there was no, "schedule it and we'll see if insurance will cover it" or anything, Concetta just asked me what day was convenient to go in, I went in, they fixed it at no cost, and now I can listen to my iPod again. Easy peasy. I hope I don't get into another accident any time soon, but at least now, if I do, I know of a reliable and honest place to take my car!" read more

She was extremely pleasant and professional. She went out of her way to help with my rental car and actually introduced me to the representative from Hertz.She clearly does more than is expected for her position and I think that effort should be recognized. Bob James was my collision advisor and was also a pleasure to work with.
