I received outstanding service for the replacement of my 1994 Nissan Altima bumper cover. Matt H was very clear with the estimates after removing the bumper cover, manages repair processes effectively, efficiently, and ethically. I dropped my car off on Monday evening and it was ready for pick-up on Wednesday. Matt H is a manager to be trusted and recognized for his stellar service to customers. Thank you!

We LOVE this faciltiy . . . they treat us like family at any time that we go there for our car repairs. Each time that we have had accidents, every staff member that wotks there have been so nice and so reassuring during times of "crisis" - from Enoch, the manager who is so kind and professional, to Dawn who is always answers the phone is if we were the most important people on the planet and gives reminders to make sure you get your things out of the car before you leave it at the shop for the body work, to John G. who has worked on our vehicles often and they ALWAYS look PEFECT when they are completes to Scott, the estimate writer checking to make sure we are happy with the service . . . as you can tell we are so pleased with Gerber and my car looked so detailed on the interior too - it was a "pleasure" to get it ... read more

Gerber Collision Chicago Loop is a fantastic shop to work with. They do quality repairs PLUS they are pleasant to deal with - turning what I expected to be a complete hassle into a really smooth experience. Our car was in the shop for over 3 weeks for repairs sustained in a rear end collision, and they made all arrangements for our rental car. Raul kept me informed as to the progress of the repairs and our car is now good as new. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is need of collision repairs.

Very customer oriented people. I have dealt with people before that make you think they're doing YOU a favor, but Gerber makes you feel most important. I'm normally leery of people who work on cars. Since I am not knowledgeable myself, they sense that and "smooze" you. You can tell when you are being smoozed right off the bat but you're at the mercy of the repair people because you don't know how to do it yourself. Gerber is so professional that you know right off that you're at the right place. I felt good about that because it is so important to us women to make sure we get good work done in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I am very happy with the repair work Gerber did on my car. Dawn was very helpful & friendly! The customer service at the crystal lake location is excellent. My calls were always returned promptly and questions/concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The employees I worked with the most were Scott and Dawn, they both went above and beyond. I will recommend to anyone in need of collision repair :) All their help was appreciated :) The body repair was excellent as we'll :)

Excellent service, Great communication with Hieu Le (estimator) Callie at reception was very friendly & greeted me by name when I walked in. My car was completed earlier than promised. Rental agreement with Enterprise was great and the fact that i could drop off at Gerber was added bonus. overall was very impressed with professionalism of staff & location services.

I was in a severe car accident where my whole front end needed to be done over. The technicians, customer service reps to the general manager was very very helpful. I cant thank them enough on what a wonderful job they did with keeping me updated in there system, giving me phone calls. I would recommend anyone to go the gerber collision in orland park. The service wasnt rushed. When i got my car back the technicians seen that the left side of my car had been repaired before now this i never knew but with there expertise they were able to identify it without me asking. So they went an extra mile to fix the problem by repairing the front left side of my car and repainting it so it can match the other side that was damage.
