Incredible service. Questions were answered immediately. Text updates meant I didn't even need to check on repair process. When a scratch was seen on a replaced part upon delivery of the vehicle, it was replaced the next day and the car was detailed. I couldn't have asked for better or more responsive service. I would be happy to go back to Gerber and would recommend it to friends and family.

From the moment I walked into Gerber, I was greeted warmly and professionally by the receptionist. MarkShulte took time looking over my car and explaining the procedure of having my car repaired. He took care of the details with the insurance company and the car rental company. The repairs on my car were done so well that it is impossible to tell that there was any damage. I am very impressed with Gerber Collision and I would recommend them to my friends.

My wife and I were extremely happy with the repairs made to our 2005 Toyota Solara by the Matteson Illinois Gerber team. Throughout the entire process from the moment we brought the car into this Gerber location the Estimator Casey Krivanec and General Manager Mario Pereira proceeded professionally and personally to explain the process and steps that would be taken to perform a top notch repair on our car. They both provided weekly updates on the progress of the repairs. When I went in to discuss the process my questions were handled and answers by other members of the staff. This is truly a first class repair shop that I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.
