Since, I was new to the area, State Farm had recommend that I take my car to gerber to get my car repaired. Once I arrived to the location, I was treated very nicely and the person that assisted me understood my needs and took very good care of me. They assisted me in setting up my rental car on the spot. One thing I really like about gerber was they were informing me the status of my car by text messages, which a lot of other places do not do. When it came time to drop off the rental car, they were very nice and had my car ready for me to inspect the vehicle.

I have dealt with this center when it was cars collision and my insurance covered the repair. This time I paid for the repair myself so as not to file a claim against my insurance. The people and the service and the Quality of the repair were outstanding.I would certainly use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone.Thanks.

Above and Beyond :). From Sam the curteous and efficient receptionist, to Mary the friendly customer service rep to Tim Layne the production manager. They kept me informed of repairs and did a couple of extra details on my car for free. I requested and was given my car a day earlier than expected with no fuss. I was treated with respect, courtesy and my car looks GREAT!!,

Had two cars in for paint and body work recently and could not be more pleased with the repairs, the quick turnaround time, and the customer service from Joe, Jim, and Michelle.
