Gerber Collision Chicago Loop is a fantastic shop to work with. They do quality repairs PLUS they are pleasant to deal with - turning what I expected to be a complete hassle into a really smooth experience. Our car was in the shop for over 3 weeks for repairs sustained in a rear end collision, and they made all arrangements for our rental car. Raul kept me informed as to the progress of the repairs and our car is now good as new. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is need of collision repairs.

Very customer oriented people. I have dealt with people before that make you think they're doing YOU a favor, but Gerber makes you feel most important. I'm normally leery of people who work on cars. Since I am not knowledgeable myself, they sense that and "smooze" you. You can tell when you are being smoozed right off the bat but you're at the mercy of the repair people because you don't know how to do it yourself. Gerber is so professional that you know right off that you're at the right place. I felt good about that because it is so important to us women to make sure we get good work done in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I am very happy with the repair work Gerber did on my car. Instead of being a dreaded experience it was a pleasing one. They are very knowledgeable and professional from the receptionist to the ... manager. They kept me abreast of the repair on a regular basis. (Actually, and it's a shame to say but, I wish some restaurant staff and hospital personnel would take note of this place as to HOW to treat a customer) Thank you for the opportunity to share my thoughts. Dawn was very helpful & friendly! The customer service at the crystal lake location is excellent. My calls were always returned promptly and questions/concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The employees I worked with the most were Scott and Dawn, they both went above and beyond. I will recommend to anyone in need of collision repair :) All their help was appreciated :) The body repair was excellent as we'll :)

Excellent service, Great communication with Hieu Le (estimator) Callie at reception was very friendly & greeted me by name when I walked in. My car was completed earlier than promised. Rental agreement with Enterprise was great and the fact that i could drop off at Gerber was added bonus. overall was very impressed with professionalism of staff & location services.

I was in a severe car accident where my whole front end needed to be done over. The technicians, customer service reps to the general manager was very very helpful. I cant thank them enough on what a wonderful job they did with keeping me updated in there system, giving me phone calls. I would recommend anyone to go the gerber collision in orland park. The service wasnt rushed. When i got my car back the technicians seen that the left side of my car had been repaired before now this i never knew but with there expertise they were able to identify it without me asking. So they went an extra mile to fix the problem by repairing the front left side of my car and repainting it so it can match the other side that was damage. That showed me they have a real passion for what they are doing. Its always good to have a team of passionate and ... motivated workers especially when it comes to a vehicle. I would like to thank the whole team at Gerber Collision in Orland Park for making my car look brand new, giving it a nice car wash, cleaning the inside out for me.
