We LOVE this faciltiy . . . they treat us like family at any time that we go there for our car repairs. Each time that we have had accidents, every staff member that wotks there have been so nice and so reassuring during times of "crisis" - from Enoch, the manager who is so kind and professional, to Dawn who is always answers the phone is if we were the most important people on the planet and gives reminders to make sure you get your things out of the car before you leave it at the shop for the body work, to John G. who has worked on our vehicles often and they ALWAYS look PEFECT when they are completes to Scott, the estimate writer checking to make sure we are happy with the service . . . as you can tell we are so pleased with Gerber and my car looked so detailed on the interior too - it was a "pleasure" to get it ... back!
