Above and Beyond :). From Sam the curteous and efficient receptionist, to Mary the friendly customer service rep to Tim Layne the production manager. They kept me informed of repairs and did a couple of extra details on my car for free. I requested and was given my car a day earlier than expected with no fuss. I was treated with respect, courtesy and my car looks GREAT!!,

Recommended by insurance company, and as a return customer from earlier in the year, I have to say that the NEW Manager Matt and his team provided STELLAR 5 star customer and repair service. The quality in communication and service on this visit (Aug 2013) blew away the service I received on my prior visit (Jan 2013). Thank you Matt! (and your team). My vehicle had to be towed to their facility, and I received a quote within 2 days. Matt and his team provided service that was, and still is, beyond my expectation. Matt took the time to explain the damage and repairs that were needed, I asked a lot of questions too as I feared the location of the damage would mean it may have to be totaled. I was sincerely assured that my vehicle was repairable. I truly feel that my vehicle was in the best hands possible. I would highly recommend this ... facility to all family and friends!
