Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish, and the general manager, Mario Pereira, whew... you wouldn't know he is the GM - why? He rolls his sleeves up and get his hands dirty for the customer and is very personal. Keep up the excellent work!

I was very pleased with the service on my car performed by Gerber Glass on Lehigh in Glenview. The work was more than acceptable and the staff went out of their way to smooth the process and coordinate with the rental car company for the loaner. If I ever have the misfortune to injure my car in the future I would not hesitate to return here!

Although no one wants to deal with the hassles of a collision repair, the inconvenience, the uncertainty as to when the car would be ready, and the anxiety in how it's going to look, I have only the highest praise to Matt and his staff at Gerber. They took care of me and took the time to calm my concerns and provide me with the confidence that they would take care of everything to guarantee my total satisfaction. As it turned out, the car repair was completed on the date provided; I was kept informed throughout the process with regular updates via phone calls from Matt along with convenience of follow up text messages. Other than my initial call to the insurance company to open a claim, I never had to deal with them again; Gerber took care of all the paperwork. Excellent overall service. Front desk attentive and knowledgeable, estimators communicated well, appreciated auto updates on status and done ahead of schedule. Clean car at end was bonus. WIll be bringing all future auto work here.
