Professional service performed in less time than I anticipated. Heiu L. was very pleasant and helpful. He even arranged for my rental car which was very convenient. When I went to pick up my car it had been washed/cleaned and looked like it was new! I will definitely recommend Gerber Collision to my family and friends.

I have never seen such perfection in EVERY category! My Honda Pilot was pretty smashed up.. not drivable.. As soon as they got possession of the car (which I was certain would be in the shop a month) Raul called me frequently to update me on progress.. the repairs were completed in a week and a half! Car looks like new! Nice folks and GREAT work!! Thanks to all at Gerber!!

Gerber Collision has done two repair jobs on my vehicle. The first was fairly minor but exceptionally done. This one however, was a lot more complicated and also exceptionally done. When I had a question, Denise at the front desk was always helpful and so very cheery too! The manager Al, personally came out to verify work done on my vehicle and answer any questions and concerns. They are definitely my choice and recommendation for repairs.

Since, I was new to the area, State Farm had recommend that I take my car to gerber to get my car repaired. Once I arrived to the location, I was treated very nicely and the person that assisted me understood my needs and took very good care of me. They assisted me in setting up my rental car on the spot. One thing I really like about gerber was they were informing me the status of my car by text messages, which a lot of other places do not do. When it came time to drop off the rental car, they were very nice and had my car ready for me to inspect the vehicle.

This time I paid for the repair myself so as not to file a claim against my insurance.The people and the service and the Quality of the repair were outstanding.I would certainly use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone.Thanks.

Very organized. They even had someone to pick us up to the car rental company. They keep me updated on the progress of my car repair and done fixing it on the date they quoted. overall, they did an excellent job.
