Why we were getting a quote from state farm we were talking to the receptionist she was the main reason we chose you, when we picked up are car Al B. greeted us with a friendly smile and a hand shake. Al answered all our ? . What i could see at first glance of the car, work done on it was pleasing to my wife and i. I would recomend you in a second to anyone. thanks for a good experiance.

Received my car from Gerber Collision in LaGrange, IL and was extremely satisfied with the quality of work that they provided. I wanna thank the entire Gerber Family. Chris & Mandy were both knowledgeable, patient with me and my million questions, and polite when updating me on a weekly basis. Chris made me feel that my car was in good hands of professionals and the best service would be given, and that is just what I got. The tow truck driver ( Jim Truck #70) was also very professional in the handling of my car. He treated my car as if it was his own. Due to a rear-end collision I was directed to Gerber Collision & Glass located at 819 Estes Avenue in Schaumburg by Farmers Insurance. I was very impressed with their great customer service. They were very accommodating and helpful. They arranged an Enterprise rental car for me to use while my car was being repaired. I was updated each day to let me know how things were going and also an approximate date that my car would be ready. When I picked up my car I was very pleased and happy to see what a wonderful quality repair job Gerber Collision & Glass did. They replaced my bumper and right tail light and did some touch up painting. My car looked brand new. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to everyone.

The week after my accident was easly one of the most stressful weeks of my life. My insurance company couldn't locate where they sent my car, and after searching I found it at Gerber Colission in South Elgin. The employees had sympathy and compassion for me and they made the rest of the process go by stress free and with total ease. As I'd been unable to contact them for repairs for a week, they did their best to push my car ahead in the process even though there was already a line of cars waiting ahead of mine. Not only did they call me with updates, but they dealt with my extra (and I'm sure they were irritating) phone calls asking for updates with patience and understanding. I wish my insurance company had been as professional and as thorough as your South Elgin shop. Thank you SO much!

Gerber Collision took the fear out of my first personal experience but I realize overall they were so wonderful in personal car and great work than what I experience in other repair companies with my company cars. I was very well taken care of. Everything was explained well and I was kept upto date of the progress and the work was done in a lot less time than expected. the finish was excellent. The receptionist was very pleasant and had a smile for everyone even close to quitting time on a Friday evening before the holidays! Would definitely go back there if I need to.
