For the year starting out so bad,gerber made it a easy transition! Everyone made it a pleasurable experience at such a stressful time. We were constantly updated about the progress of the car and they did a superior job! My husband is a car geek and he was smiling. Not even a speck of over spray or anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Feel free to call for any questions.. Good job in customer service...so many places lack that..and excellent body men!

The experience was excellent. I received a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. I was told it would take 3 days to fix my car, and they completed it is 1.5 days. I will definitely come back to Gerber if I ever get in another accident. I highly recommend stopping at Gerber if you ever get in an accident.

I was directed to this repair shop through USAA insurance to repair collision damages to my BMW. Concerned on having work done on my vehicle by service shops other than BMW, I was concerned not only about the outcome on the body work, but more importantly any mechanical repairs. The shop's GM, Joe S., was very accommodating and informative on the repair process. Overall service and quality of workmanship was excellent. Convenient arrangements were made with rental car. I'm fully satisfied and recommend their services.

Great job on fixing my vehicle and great all around experience w/Gerber. Had a little hiccup at the end & they needed to keep my vehicle a couple days longer than I was told, but I get stuff happens and unexpected parts problems etc. come up. I really appreciated the text updates. Mandy, Chris & Romeo should all be commended on their terrific customer service!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needed these services!

This was outstanding service and a great looking repair. I went to Gerber for my first estimate, and then I went to three other shops in the area. Gerber's estimate was the best value--by far. They ordered the parts, called me when the parts were ready, and set up a day to do the repair. The repair was scheduled for two days, but it only took them a day and a half. Overall, this was a good experience (aside from the accident that let me there). I appreciate the staff's communication and service.

Very professional and prompt service, including coordination with my auto insurance company, from beginning to end. Estimator Shawn Niemi provided me with detailed information regarding his estimate, the damage, and the anticipated repair work. I was pleased the final repairs cost less than the initial estimate and that my car was completed in one week instead of the projected 23 days. The end result was also beautiful, the car looks like new. This was my first experience with Gerber, and I will not hesitate to use them in the future, if needed. I will highly recommend Gerber to my friends. Thanks for a job well done.

My experience with Gerber Collision was beyond my expectation! The employee's who handle my car was very professional and accommendating. With great appreciation I am thankful for their services. During the time my car was being repaired. Chris the apprassial kept me informed all through the process as he promised. What a way to go and to know that there are still good people who take pride in their work and keep their word. Once my car repairs was done, I was called to pick it up.
