Recommended by insurance agent, I took the car in for collision repair. The estimator was courteous and efficient in giving me an estimated cost of repairs. While the car was being worked on, I was informed almost on a daily basis via text or phone of the car's progress towards completion. I also appreciated a phone call from the manager when the car was ready. They did an awesome job at repairing the vehicle and cleaning up the interior as well. In addition, none of my personal items in the car was missing after being serviced here. Overall, I am highly satisfied, and I highly recommend their service.

The service was fantastic. When I arrived Matt explained to me in detail as to what was going to happen and how I would be updated regularly on the process of my repair. My car was done 5 days earlier than expected and when I picked it up Sean explained everything that they did and how it was repaired. My car looked beautiful on the outside and they even cleaned the inside! I had a wonderful experience and I will recommend this body shop to everyone. I also received a free rental for 5 days which saved me money as well. Thank you.

Great customer service from the time of estimate until my car was fixed! They called ahead to get a rental ready for me at a great rate, got my car done ahead of time promised, and the price for the fix was reasonable. I loved that they washed my car too!

I really appreciate the excellent service I received from Gerber. Hieu L. assisted me with my most recent repair and he was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to go over both the estimate and the repair itself with me in great detail and patiently answered all of my questions. I was also thrilled with the repair and the extremely clean condition of the interior. Thank you, Gerber for being great at what you do!

Gerber Oak Lawn was able to start work on my mother's car very quickly -- much, much sooner than local competitors. The job was done in the time promised. Communication was top-notch and every staff member I met treated me with patience, kindness, & respect. Of course I hope I never need their services again, but, if I do, I'll be back.
