I was extremely pleased with the repair of my 2012 Ford Focus. Going in for an estimate, bringing my car back for the repair and picking it up all went so smoothly. I was totally impressed with the service I received from the front desk receptionist (believe her name is June?) and the estimator, Greg H. The whole experience went extremely thanks to your employees. You are fortunate to have them.

I chose to go to Gerber in Round Lake Il to have my Jeep Commander fixed. My family has taken 2 of their cars there and have absolutely loved how they looked when they were finished. I am very happy with the service that we received from the time we dropped it off till the time we picked it up. My car looks fantastic & I will recommend to all my friends and family to take their cars there. Gerber Collision did an AMAZING job on my car! I have a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix, and they treated it like it was a high end car. They not only fixed the problem that brought me there, but they completely cleaned it inside and out. My car has never looked so good! I never had to wonder how the progress was going because they sent me a text message every other day to tell me how the repairs were going. They go above and beyond when it comes to repairing your car. Thank you Gerber Collision!

Upon need for my car repair, the repair shop called to let me know they had the right part ... however even though the part they had wasn't right and it required me to come back a second time, when they did get the right part ... I was MOST pleased with their attentiveness to professionalism and customer service. The lead guy, I forget his name, was personable and direct in his approach to me and my car repair. I even received a small refund for being over charged. I will, upon the need, be returning to this facility in the future.

Lainie and Patricia go above and beyond what customer service is all about. It makes an unfortunate situation calm and reassuring. I received excellent service. Did not have to call for a daily status of my vehicle. The completed work looks like it was never in an accident. They took care of communicating with the insurance company. I will highly recommend them to friends, family, and strangers who are looking for a collision center.

Five stars for the excellent service received when I brought my vehicle in for repairs. It was done in a quick manner. Updates were provided via text messaging. Any necessary changes to estimate was followed up by a phone call. I was pleased with courtesy of the staff.

The person who helped me out ( his name I cant remember) with saving money and keeping my car looking new deserves a BONUS or something! instead of replacing my bumper for $640, he recommended touchup paint and took care of the scratches on my paint job. This is a location I can trust and will continue to use for any body work needed for my car. THANKS FOR THE HELP!
