Excellent service and staff. They were very informative and did the work much quicker than our expectations. They were very thorough in all conversations about the problem, how to fix the problem and when it would be completed. Casey, the staff person we dealt with explained all at the end and encouraged us to be back if anything went wrong. I would highly recommend this office.

We were very happy about the entire experience; got in touch with us very quickly, had an appt quickly & then it was done in even less time than anticipated! They did a super job on the repair,and it looked like they had even done some cleaning inside of the vehicle (windows) and the outside was also spotless! It was a really positive experience all the way around!!

From the time I took my Focus in to the time I picked it up I had a very positive experience. Everything was handled very professionally. The information I was given with the estimate was detailed as to what would be done . All personnel were courteous , informative,and answered any of my questions. I am very satisfied with the quality of work done and was completely surprised by the thorough cleaning of the interior of my car. I certainly will recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to my friends. Wow. What a great team! Everyone was so nice an helpful. They went above and beyond what I expected! My car was in for repair due to an accident. Gerber worked with my insurance company to make sure I was taken care of. It is so nice to work with a company that not only did a fantastic job on my car (it looks brand new) but they also take pride in their customer service. I can't imagine taking my car any where else from now on.

Mike and his team kept us informed through the whole process. He also made sure and let us know that if we have any problems bring the car back and they will get it fixed. The car looked good when we picked it up. I would use Gerber again.

The people at the Chicago Northwest Highway location were extremely professional, helpful,and the techs did a beautiful job on my car.! I got compliments from neighbors, when I brought the car home! I think that alone speaks for the type of work your people perform. If needed I'll be back!

I am very pleased with the repair of my car. My insurance company asked me to tape up my car and take it in to shop in which was not wise because car was not really driveable. Mr. Peter C. kindly allowed me to leave car for repair. I was on my lunch break from work and did not have a way to get back, I asked if someone could take me back home and they did. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision. Thank you.

Excellent experience. The service tech walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions without reservation, and all the staff were friendly and courteous. It looks like a brand new car after the work they did and I would definitely return for future services if needed.

It was fantastic service. They provided updates and completed the service when they said that they would and for the estimated cost. In addition, I dropped the card off after hours while it was snowing. There was a woman still working and she allowed me wait in the office for my wife to pick me up. It was a very nice.
