The service I received was outstanding. From Jessica at the front desk to everyone I came in contact with. The work done on my car was flawless and finished ahead of time than what I was told which was a wonderful surprise. My car was also cleaned both inside and out which was another great perk! I have told everyone about the great service and quality of work!

I had a great experience with the Halsted location in Chicago, IL. Not only were the ladies at the front desk very nice and pleasant, but Tom was amazing and provided excellent customer service. I dropped off my car on Friday and it was finished the same day. Great experience - I will refer any friends/colleagues to this spot.

My car was hit by another driver and it had some minor damage to the front. The other persons insurance had me go to Gerber and the next day I got a call about scheduling an appointment at Gerber. They got an estimate right away and got my car in soon after. It was done on time and the service was great all around. They even offered to give me a ride home after I dropped my car off and my ride didn't show up, I'm not sure many other places would have done this. Great job Gerber.

Tom made the experince so pleasant, very polite and professional. My first time to have a body repair on my truck and it looks nice after they replace the door. The place is clean and well organized that it has enterprise rental inside the office. 10 for my review. Keep up the good job!!!!
