I would like to say I went to this auto and collision and my service was great I had to pleasure meeting with the manager Pat and working with the customer service in the front of the store they did a wonderful job on my 2003 BMW and I want to say that I am giving them accommodation of doing a excellent job and I will recommend my friends and family thank you. I look forward to working with them with my automobiles in the future.

Excellent service, only thing that can be improved is i would appreciate if they can get my car fixed earlier. i waited for 2 weeks before i can drop off my car. i know it's because of so many collisions these days due to heavy snow and that would not be their fault.

Unfortunately, I have gotten to know Gerber Collision in Elmhurst, IL much better than I would have otherwise preferred. That said, I must commend the technicians who have performed flawless work on my 2009 Toyota RAV4, and on my Chrysler Sebring. The work has always been OUTSTANDING, the estimates consistently better, and more more suited to a fix it, rather than to a replace it, type of car owner. A VERY special special commendation is due to Paul Pennella! He is a great asset to Gerber, and he is a "rare species" in the auto body repair field, at least from my perspective. We have used Gerber's service 3 times now and have always been fully satisfied. They do excellent work, are honest, polite and friendly. They communicate well and let us know if there will be any delay - usually due to parts not arriving on time. They are on the State Farm preferred list. I had an unfortunate encounter with a deer recently, and just picked my car up today. Joe worked with me and was great. Dawn, the receptionist is very friendly and efficient. My husband and I have every confidence in this group.

Gerber was highly recommended by my car insurance co USAA to fix collision damage I incurred in 2012. As time went by, my hood alignment which was affected by the accident, needed re-aligning. Gerber not only re-aligned the hood at not charge but replaced my snapped hood opening cable. The only charge I incurred was for the hood cable. Bob J. took care to communicate clearly what the issues were, his estimate for the cable was spot on, and the repairs only took 1.5 hours!! I highly and heartily recommend this Gerber shop for great customer service not only from Mr. James and the shop crew but Marcy in the office!!!

I just needed a fender painted and I was to put on manually later. This Gerber went above and beyond, like they have done before. They painted the part, installed it for me, and made sure I drove away in a clean car. I know now I couldn't have done it on my own. A big thank you.
