The entire experience was very favorable. From the technician who handled who explained the work that was to be done upon my first visit, to the front desk staff's professional and friendly manner, I'd have to say I will definitely be a return customer if I have to tend to any collision repairs in the future. As a sales rep, I noticed the staff's patience and professionalism when another customer was placing unwarranted stress on them due to his unfortunate auto issues which presumably occurred a short time before his visit to the shop. I will recommend the shop to anybody who runs into similar auto issues. Keep up the good work.

My car got rear-ended. The damage wasn't too bad, but bad enough. My care was repaired (with OEM parts) in less than 36 hours, and it turned out great! The customer service was excellent. Patricia was awesome and very pleasant over the phone and in-person. She helped make this ordeal go smoothly for me. Thanks to everyone at this Orland Park location!

Gerber Collision provides superb service! I truly appreciate the superior work, attention to detail, high quality service and most importantly the quick turnaround time they provided to my vehicle. The repair was not extremely large but it was completed prior to the estimated date and everything works the way that it should. The team is at Gerber was extremely friendly and exceeded my expectations above all. A special thanks to the Gerber Collision team on Route 59 in Aurora. Awesome work!

I enjoyed working with the people at Gerber. I mainly dealt with Mike L. Mike was very friendly, very professional, and was willing to answer any and all questions I had. They dealt directly with the ins company which was alot less stress for me. Excellent job done on the repair of my car, they shined it up and it looked great! I will definately recommend to family and friends.

They provided me with a quote on the spot, and when it came time to fixing the damage to my door, they got in done in half of the time. They kept me posted on status updates along the way as well. I came into the shop with a unique problem and the staff and technicians came up with the best solution for my needs. From the first phone call to the time I picked up my car the everyone was remarkable - the women running the front office in particular were extremely helpful and friendly. Having one's car out of commission can be a stressful ordeal but everyone here helped to lessen the blow and I knew I was in good hands.
