I recently had my vehicle repaired @ Gerber collision & glass on Elston, This location has very freindly staff & excellent customer service, they were very knowledgeable and did a great job on fixing my car. I do highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone.

Just stopped by with an issue related to service about a year ago, a piece of body work on the hood that had been repaired had come loose, and Aleksei took care of it perfectly, without even asking for my name or dates of prior service. He removed the peice did some overnight repair and reinstalled it quickly. Over the top service levels! I will always recommmend them. Thanks Aleksei!

I would like to complement the staff at the Gerber Collision Center at Huron St in Chicago for their great work and exceptional customer service. This was my third time there and each time my expectations were by far exceeded. Today my car repairs were finished two days ahead of schedule! Trust is hard to earn, but these guys definatelly earned mine. This will be the first place I come with any car repairs. I recommend Gerber to everyone I know.

I went to Gerber Collision and Glass in La Grange while visiting from North Carolina to help my daughter get some work done. While not one for writing compliments, my positive experience at Gerber compels me to do so. The professional, gracious and honest folks at Gerber made my day. Not only was their work of superior quality at a very fair price, dealing with them was a pleasure.I would go out of my way to bring more business to Gerber Collision and Glass in La Grange. As of January 2014 I was involved in my third accident in a two year span. Ever since they fixed my Jeep beautifully the first time, I have come back for the last two accidents as well. Not only did Gerber quickly assess and repair all damages, they continually went the extra mile to ensure I was pleased with their service. Additionally, I appreciate the time Gerber employees would take to call me twice a week with an update on how and where my car was at. Job well done! Thank you so much Gerber for your consistent and dependable service that I can undoubtedly trust.

My car was recently repaired at the above location. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received. The Estimator, Don H., was professional and considerate. He listened to my concerns since I was going to be out of the country while the repairs were being done, he agreed to contact me by email instead of texting which would have cost me more. The insurance of the party at fault was wonderful to deal with and I had no complaints. I would recommend Gerber in a minute.
