Upon need for my car repair, the repair shop called to let me know they had the right part ... however even though the part they had wasn't right and it required me to come back a second time, when they did get the right part ... I was MOST pleased with their attentiveness to professionalism and customer service. The lead guy, I forget his name, was personable and direct in his approach to me and my car repair. I even received a small refund for being over charged. I will, upon the need, be returning to this facility in the future.

This was my second experience with Gerber Collision and I can't say enough about how professional, efficient, and kind all of the employees are. Lainie and Patricia go above and beyond what customer service is all about. It makes an unfortunate situation calm and reassuring. I have highly recommended and will continue to recommend Gerber on Southwest Highway in Orland to all my family and friends. What a top notch establishment!!! Thank you!

I received excellent service. Did not have to call for a daily status of my vehicle. The completed work looks like it was never in an accident. They took care of communicating with the insurance company. I will highly recommend them to friends, family, and strangers who are looking for a collision center.

Five stars for the excellent service received when I brought my vehicle in for repairs. It was done in a quick manner. Updates were provided via text messaging. Any necessary changes to estimate was followed up by a phone call. I was pleased with courtesy of the staff.

The person who helped me out ( his name I cant remember) with saving money and keeping my car looking new deserves a BONUS or something! instead of replacing my bumper for $640, he recommended touchup paint and took care of the scratches on my paint job. This is a location I can trust and will continue to use for any body work needed for my car. THANKS FOR THE HELP!

I was so impressed with the quality of the customer service and the techician. I checked Safelite first then remembered it was Gerber Collision and Glass. I'm so glad I checked this website. I received a phone call within half an hour and was told the processs and I saved almost $200.00 compared to Safelite. The best part to hear was the technician comes out to me at no extra charge because I was worried about drivingwith the window in the condition it was in. Also the speed of the service I was hoping to get the work done by this Monday, but the representaive said I could have the work done the next day. I hope I don't need to have work done like that again or any type of collision work, but if I do need it, I will definitely use this company. Thank you again for eveything.

Great people, great service and great repairs!!!! Mark S. ( one of their estimators) handled my vehicle with professionalism and took time to explain the work that will be performed, the amout of time it would take and answered all my questions! Tom S. was the body technician who worked on my car and did an outstanding job as well; thanks to Tommy my car looks better now than prior to accident. His body work is top notch in every aspect!! The car was delivered back to me on time and they kept me updated every step of the way. They also detailed my car inside and out! I will return again and will recommend to others.

Service was absolutely excellent! I brought my wife's Toyota Yaris in. She was rear-ended and Don, and I believe his name was Hector, treated us like family. Kind, compassionate, attentive, and they did excellent work in an efficient manner. They contacted me, even though I didn't answer some times. To let me know that things were progressing well and that they would be done in no time. I highly "wreck" ommend them!

This place is awesome!!! I had a problem rolling up my window with my old school Honda in Seattle. 2 shops, 5 days, 2 visits, and $650 later the problem still kept happening. The problem thankfully happened again right by these guys and it literally took 2 hours and $50 to fix it. Jose the estimator was super helpful in keeping me up to date, Lorainna up front was funny and really conversational, and Rob the manager is great talking to since he is passionate about what he does. Free WiFi is great and I would honestly go out of my way an hour to make sure these guys are who fix my car again.
