My car was damaged 10 days ago, the other driver's insurance was Allstate. I submitted my claim late Friday night, I was at Gerber Collision Glenview the next morning. The Allstate & Gerber Glenview team were fantastic! From the moment they received the claim to fixing my carat my convenience. They were fast, to the point, compassionate, accommodating to my schedule, they arranged the car rental, followed up, seamless process. I could not ask for better service!

After my (stolen) car had been retrieved, I brought it here for repairs. It was my first experience with Gerber, and the service I received was fabulous! Chris kept me informed throughout the entire week, while my insurance went through the inspection process and while Gerber was making repairs. They were very thorough and definitely helped turn my negative experience (having my car stolen) into a positive one. Thank you Gerber!

Special shout out to Andy who stayed late last night so he could finish the painting on my car. We really appreciated the effort that went in to fixing my car - it looks like it came out of the new car showroom.
