Great service!!!! Someone broke my rear passenger side window on the weekend so I took my car in on Monday. They work great with Allstate and the quote was right to the penny with the amount charged by Gerber. They took my car in right away and drove me home since I needed a ride. I was updated by text everyday on the status and the car was done a day and a half early! I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone needing work or glass repair.

The mirror on my Audi got clipped in a parking lot. There was no obvious cosmetic damage, but the mirror was off track and did not function properly. I brought it to Gerber in Evanston. Dana, the estimator, gave me a rough price of several hundred dollars to replace the mirror. Before proceeding, however, she brought Chris B. out to take a look at the mirror. Chris opened the mirror up, put it back on track and reassembled the mirror while I waited. It now functions perfectly. Best of all, they didn't charge me for their time. I appreciate their honesty in not needlessly selling me a new mirror. I also appreciate the promptness and professionalism they took in taking care of my small, though significant to me, problem. I would use them again and recommend them without reservation.

I found Gerber on Green Bay in Evanston to be an extremely friendly and knowledgeable place and I felt comfortable that they would be able to do an excellent on my car. I was not disappointed. My car of 16 years came out looking brand new. I hope I don't have anymore rusting problems, but, if I do I will head right back to them. Thank you Dana and all the employees At Gerber.

I had such a good experience with Gerber even in a bad situation such as the collision/accident. Customer Service was so helpful and accommodating. Having a rental car there for me when I dropped off my car was wonderful as well as me just having to drop it off at Gerber when I picked up my car. The body work is beautiful. You could never tell I was in an accident. I loved the text updates I received on my cellphone. I would recommend Gerber in Orland Park to everyone. My experience with Gerber givers me faith that Customer Service still exists.

I am extremely pleased with the service-especially with Mark S. Your company has an impt. asset with Mark S. He kept me informed at all times as to the amount of damage, what needed repair and time line for completion. He was easy to work with and assisted me in the return of my rental. He explained what was done and informed me of the Gerber Collision guarantee. The car drives very well. Customer Service by Mark made a difference! I will recommend Gerber Collision.

I've had to have several windshields replaced. I always use Gerber in South Holland IL. The Tech, Alex was the best technician I've ever experienced. He was on time, professional, polite, and took pride in his work. Because of Alex I will use Gerber again if needed.
