Excellent service with Gerber Collision and glass! I greatly appreciated the reminder text messages, and everyone who helped me was extremely friendly and went above and beyond! I have a few minor dings and dents that are unrelated to the accident that I was in, and I will definitely be returning to this location to get it fixed. I will even recommend this location to any family or friends who need collision or auto body services! My entire experience was extremely enjoyable!!! Thank you!

Jesus D was my customer service estimator, he was so helpful helping me deal with a difficult situation. everyone who finds themselves involved in an accident feels a little traumatized and it was refreshing to have somebody who i felt was looking out for my interests and safety. he facilitated the expeditious repair of my vehicle and the costs of repair at gerber were significantly lower than if i went through toyota.

Excellent service. Prompt initial check in and very clear explanation by Jesse. Despite the fact that having an accident is really an unpleasant experience, Jesse and the Gerber Company made the process as easy and pleasant as possible.

I have used Gerber two times now.They have been very hospitable and kind.Lorena and Romeo do an outstanding job.,updating and explaining everything to a T. I would definitely rate a 10 if I could.I hope I don't have to,but will definitely use them again.The work is outstanding!

I was EXTREMELY impressed with the proactive approach from this center. I was shown my disassembled parts neatly organized on a shelved cart. The attention to detail, orderliness, and cleanliness was just like how we handled aircraft maintenance when I was a mechanic in Naval Aviation. Very Cool!!!! Everyone I dealt with was on the same page and was totally cooperative. I WILL recommend this shop to all of my friends and family for sure!!!
