Wow, Wow, Wow!!! I cannot believe the great service I received! The entire process was made easy and painless for me. During the time my Jeep was getting fixed I received numerous calls to update me on the progress. It was ready 3 days sooner than promised and was beautiful when I picked it up. Every inch of the vehicle was cleaned and I apologize because it was a mess when I took it in. Mark and Jessica are the greatest. Who ever did the repairs and cleaned my truck you did a fantastic job!!! My insurance agent recommended you for the repairs but I never expected the high level of care and work that I received. I will not hesitate to send someone to you if they need any work! Thank you for making a bad situation into something pleasant!

Not that you want to have any auto repairs due to an accident but, if and when I do whether due to me or another driver, I will always come back here. The staff is very informative, friendly, caring and on top of their game. My adjuster was Jesus D., what an asset to Gerber and your clients. Thanks!!

I am extremely satisfied with the collision repair performed on my 2007 Hyundai Elantra. My only negative thought is that Jeff said the rental would be covered there, then I find the second week is my responsibility. I have no problem paying the rental but people do not like a surprise when it was not stated as such. I then learn that American Family paid the rental so I am not sure what my responsibility on the rental would have been.

Hi, just want to say a few words about your location and experience at your location. I had a appointment to get a estimate on 6/16 at 3pm with Jesus Duran. I was very impress coming through the front doors and see how open and clean the entrance was. The receptionist was so friendly and sweet. She asked if I needed help and directed me to take a seat till Jesus Duran came to the front. The waiting area was so spacious and couches where clean and had good reading material. I, waited like 2 minutes till Jesus call my name and greeted me with a firm hand shake. He ask for some basic information and we want to my vehicle to inspect my vehicle. Jesus explain to me the process on what the estimate will cost. Jesus setup a drop off day, so they can start on repairs and provide a rental also. Wow...this is 5 stars all the way...and then some. I think my car looked better after it came out of the this shop than when I bought it new. This operation is first class and I would like to mention all who took care of me and my vehicle. Starting with my favorite receptionist Mandy..who is totally great and was willing to wait for my after the shop closed, just so I could get my car. To Gary who went out of his way to pick up the final part to my vehicle which we were all waiting on. He drove out to get it just so my car could be finished on Friday instead of receiving the part Monday. Thanks Gary! To John who kept me always posted and always up to date on the progress of the work on the vehicle. Thanks John! yes .I want to mention here, how satisfied I am with the service here, specially with stimator "dina e." whom helped me so professionally ,in no time to repair my car when I was in need. I am so greatful with Gurber shop and pepole who run this shop. God blees their heart.

What GREAT service. I came into the shop not knowing what needed to be done with my car and the employees were so helpful. Turns out the scratches just needed to be buffed out and the technician went and retrieved some compound and a rag and took care of everything. I was impressed for sure! The car looks great and no major repairs needed. Thanks Gerber!
