What a pleasant experience! Dana provided exceptional customer service (this coming from someone who has been in retail for over 20 years). The repair was done ahead of schedule and the damage repair looked amazing. All my expectations were met or exceeded.

Excellent customer service. Gerber contacted me to set up an appointment. The very friendly staff walked me thru the process. The car was completed before the promised date. Joe (the GM?) even offered to help me transfer my items from my rental car. I would have no problem recommending this Gerber to anyone in need of auto body repair.
