This was the first time I experienced a collision accident. A gentleman by the name of Mr. Bob J. kept me informed every step of the way with the progress of my repairs. This was a great comfort to me as I knew I was receiving the very best customer service. The work was done exceptionally well. Also, I would like to mention Jennifer. Jennifer is the receptionist for Gerber Collision. She was also polite and professional during our interactions. Thank you for having such a great team located at 4545 N. Elston Avenue.

Service was Great!!!! And Quick and very friendly. We took our car in on Monday and they thought it would be 3 or 4 days but you completed the work the same day. When we picked up our Jeep Liberty it spotless inside and out and all little scuffs were buffed out. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. You have a great shop and wonderful staff!!!

The staff is great, no matter how many times you call or ask a question regarding the repair they are happy to answer very nicely and politely. The repair on my car was done fast and I felt my car was in great shape afterwards.
